I don't go out of my way to give bad reviews, but the customer service here is rude and downright terrible. I've lived here for 3 years, and every experience I've had here has been negative due to the so-called, "customer service," here. I've literally only come out of necessity maybe 4 times since we've been here, I would rather drive 20 mins out of my way than deal with these people.

Just be aware they don’t accept QR codes. You’ll need to bring your own label or pay to print it here ($0.27)

Come on, Karla. Your replies to these reviews are as fake as you are. You were rude to me too when I was new to the area and trying to find my mail, and why it wasn't being delivered. You gave me a 'phone number' and said how great they are at answering or getting back to people. I called 6 times, leaving 1-2 vmails and they all were ignored. After 9 months, our USPS mail and package deliveries @ The Madison in Castle Pines still suck. You USPS people literally are ALL THE SAME. And that is NOT a compliment, hence your sucky reviews.

A hidden gem. Fast, friendly and efficient service. A perfect alternative to the post office. Also lots of cute gifts. I almost hate to share this place because it might get crowded.

If I can help it I will never go to the real post office ever again. This place is 100000x better, employees are actually helpful and friendly.

This review is for the post office portion only:I tried to use the postal services here with a prepaid label where they need to scan a QR code. They are unable to to that and suggest I print to their printer using WiFi printing. The printer would not connect after multiple attempts as the permissions were not enabled for my device to connect. The shop employee said the printer didn't have permissions and only some phones can connect successfully. I wasted 25 minutes here just to have to go to an actual post office. This contract post office did not provide convenience to me in my community, it only made things more difficult and frustrating. I advise only to go here for postal services if you are paying retail since the printing for prepaid labels is unreliable

I love this place and all of the folks who work here! They are friendly and professional, plus all of the holiday trinkets and treasures are fun to look at :)

This place is the absolute best place to mail packages from! Not only are the lines generally way more reasonable than the post office, all of the employees are super helpful and will even help you to find the cheapest way to send your package when it's not busy. The shop is adorable and there are some amazing gift ideas there. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

This little boutique inside of the post office is the best kept secret and DENVER! I don’t want to keep it a secret anymore because it’s such a good place more people need to go in! All of the staff is so helpful and friendly. I try hard not to go into regular postal offices because of rudeness and very long lines. If you do have to wait at the store it’s a blessing because there are a ton of cute things to look at and purchase. You must check it out!!

Awesome, friendly and helpful. Stark difference from the UPS store in that same area. I needed 16 small packages posted and mailed out, a service that UPS didn't want to do for me. Carissa was more than happy to help me out, could not have been nicer. I will be taking all my postal needs there from now on. Added bonus, all the fun shopping in the gift shop in front of the store!!

I am so glad the people in Castle Pines have this location as an option for for USPS services. The staff here are so friendly and efficient. Even when there are lines (around the holidays), the lines move quickly. Given the choice, I would pick this location over the Lone Tree P.O. every time. The times I have stopped at the Lone Tree location, I am made to feel like I’m a nuisance or an idiot. I appreciate the customer service and care provided by the Castle Pines postal staff. I highly recommend them!
