LAZY WORKERS!! complain about taking the pallets from amazon being on the dock when that is what the amazon driver is told to do. So your employee reports driver and sends a picture and also reported driver for fraud. YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD NOT BE REPORTING FALSE FRAUD OR FALSE ACCUSATIONS TELL THEM TO QUIT BEING SO LAZY & do their job if they hate it so bad find a new job! Hope management sees this and finds out about these hateful employees!

Horrible service. Always lazy and don't care whenever we go in. Feet up on the desk and dont even bother to approach the counter. Have sent back or lost 6 different pieces of mail/packages in under a year. Will never use this place again, and I tell everyone that comes through my work not to bother.

My family has been with Cascade Post office for almost 20 yrs. I had a package that was lost by Florissant Post Office and it was from England and Ryan found it and had it shipped to his post office and we were so grateful that he was able to find it and get it back on track for us here at Cascade. They are very caring and went the extra step to get our mail back for us. Thank you very much.

Beyond unacceptable.
I've lived here for about 4 years now and had a very spotty experience with this post office, first it started with absolutely everything having to be picked up at the office itself, and with incredibly awful hours, I almost always have to take a day off in order to get anything. Then it moved to sometimes I would get things and they would show as dropped off at the mail box at 9AM, this seemed suspect to me because my mail doesn't arrive to my house until almost 4pm. And the final straw is that almost 2/3 of my packages have now been miss delivered (something around 30 of 100 something). This wouldn't be a huge issue as when I report it, the gps sign off shows the post office as where it was delivered and SIGNED FOR... last a checked, MY MAIL BOX IS AT MY HOUSE.

Route carrier service is good from this office. However office hours aren't very convenient for working folks. Be nice if one day middle of the week they would stay open until 6:00pm so I don't have to wait until Saturday to pick up a package.
