I have had the best experiences with Jim here - a trustworthy, well-intentioned man who truly wants the best for you and your vehicle and knows his trade incredibly well. Extremely reasonable pricing. While I’m in this area, I will not be going elsewhere. So far, he has: repaired my control arm bushing, rear wheel bearing and exhaust leak. Thankful doesn’t even slightly cover how blessed I feel to have Cascade Subaru Specialists as my car guy!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Jim has always been so helpful. I bought my car from him, and so did my sister. My little Forrester has 240,000 miles on it, and shes still going strong! Jim is always very helpful and super on top of it! He always tries to work with me and will help me find a happy medium to where we can both leave with my car being OK and him feeling comfortable with it. I live in southern Colorado Springs, and his work is definitely worth the drive!

I took my 2009 Subaru Impreza here to get the timing belt and a full tune up. Right out of the gate I noticed a difference. It has that extra pep in its step! They are honest and good at what they do. They checked everything, adjusted the battery placement which was a bit off, did a full tune up with oil change, checked and topped off all of my fluids, tire pressure, air filter, checked my brakes...full inspection and tune up service. A very comprehensive service. My car is ready for the next 105,000 miles with the new timing belt. Highly recommend! Thank you Cascade Subaru Specialists!!!Services: Oil change

Do not buy from this place they only sell lemons and when the engine on my subaru outback I bought from this place crapped out he overcharged me for the repair bill he also adds on hidden fees I wasted a lot of money here won't be doing business here again.

I’ve been taking my car to Cascade Subaru Specialists for almost two years now and have never had a bad experience. Steering rack, CV axle, sway bar, oil changes, etc. Jim is passionate and more knowledgeable about Subarus that anyone I know. He’s fairly priced and highly dedicated to his work.

It's a truly refreshing feeling when you find a business that you can know you can always be able to count on especially from only a first impression. Myself and my 20 year old Subaru are very happy with that which we have found with Cascade Subaru.

Had head gaskets, timing belt, tensioner pulley, water pump, etc replaced. James stood by the quoted price, no issues, nothing half done. One year ago, and car runs well, no more oil leak or coolant leaks. Highly recommend this shop if you have a Subaru, best in the state. Honest capable competent mechanic.
