“Me and my 4 kids were adventuring around Garden Of The Gods when our tire popped. We panicked and googled tire places nearby. A few popped up but this had the best reviews. Now I know why. We pulled up and immediately someone came out to help. They got us in within minutes and fixed our flat. The mechanics were genuinely friendly and the owner came out to help. They jacked the car up right on the spot and fixed our tire, saving our whole trip. Then, they didn’t charge us! We had friendly conversation while we waited. It’s rare to find service like this anywhere anymore.”
“When you have as massive of hail damage that we experienced in Cripple Creek this year, you should expect a long wait to get on the auto body’s schedule. And it was worth the wait! Michelle and Lance were tremendous, I upgraded my hood, the pdr and traditional dent repair look amazing and they did a great job with the paint and dealing with the insurance company (and me). “I scheduled an appointment for my 1979 Camaro. When I dropped it off, they were ready for it. I was told when it was supposed to be ready. When I showed up, it was ready as promised. While they had my Camaro, they noticed, and repaired, several safety issues. This was above and beyond what I expected. I am used to shops that notice issues and either do nothing or try to schedule you to come back in for further repairs at an increased price.I truly appreciate the service and communication at Schumacher's Alignment and Tire! “Brandon at Kleemann USA has always done excellent work on my 2008 Sprinter 3500. And there's been a lot of work to do! I'm from Mississippi, but I'm through Colorado once or twice a year, and I always bring it to Kleemann for repairs. Brandon was the only person who could figure out some major problems I was having back in 2020 (the van was in the shop for 42 days!) when I had to get a stripped transmission replaced due to a domino effect of issues from a third party cruise control that the people I bought it from had scabbed on. The Mercedes Dealership had given me a long list of solutions amounting to 10K worth of repairs, none of which ended up having been the actual problem. Meanwhile, Brandon at Kleemann solved it. I also appreciate the effort he makes to clearly explain exactly what's going on and what's being done about it. He knows his stuff, is great to work with, and has even saved me money by suggesting which repairs I could likely take care of myself at home.Definitely recommend. “It's always a crap shoot when looking for auto repairs, and you can't be certain you're dealing with a reputable dealer, who deals in quality repairs. This fits the bill, and I'm delighted with the results. Ain't cheap (fender repair/front quarter panel on 2016 MDX cost about $2200), and it takes awhile (about two weeks, or ten working days--nature of the business of repairing, painting, cooking paint, etc), but the results were worth it. “Luis is such a mechanic he got everything done quickly and most importantly right while being very friendly and kind. Jackie at the front desk feels like family and i just met her. She very sweet and down to earth. Id definantly recommend checking them out if you are in need of brakes and rotors. They both also managed to get me a discount bc id found them through google. They also offer a cash discount which is nice. They got me in and out in the same day even though my wheels had a wheel lock on them that i didnt know about anddidnt have q a key for. “I wanted to express a world of thanks and appreciation for repairing my sons car while on a camping trip to CO from St. Louis, MO. The dreaded call, "car is shaking and I think the wheel is going to fall off", creates an amount of dread and uncertainty for a father, 900miles away. Thankfully, my son found 4 Mile Auto Repair and they repaired the vehicle the same afternoon, ensured its safety for the long drive home and provided outstanding service that as a local I would appreciate and utilize. “I bought my 2015 VW GTI over a year ago with an existing start issue where the car would intermittently sputter upon start, and I would have to feather the gas to keep it from dying.I took the GTI to multiple shops including VW Mike Maroone, and no one could diagnose the issue. There were a few educated guesses and some parts replaced, but nothing fixed the problem until I visited Concours. Mark and his team spent a good few days driving my car around until they were able to recreate the issue vs. every other shop who tried for maybe a half day then handed it right back. I can now happily say that I have not had any start issues at all for over a month!!!Concours is the best local shop and team I have found. They truly care about my car and provide excellent customer service. “Steve Mills Quality Auto Repair lives up to its' name - QUALITY! Steve and his right-hand man Jeff provide highly experienced oversight to his well trained staff of mechanics who are thorough in their work, making sure the job gets done right. They explain what needs to be done to fix the problem. They also have experience working on older vehicles like my 1991 Ford Explorer with over 450,000 miles which is rare. After replacing my AC System and Power Steering Pump at a reasonable cost, I had a problem with work done at a Ford Dealership. Steve diagnosed the rear differential fluid leak in under five minutes at no charge and Ford fixed the problem they caused at no charge, but only because of Steve's keen eye. Their NAPA Repair Facility Certification is another plus. I'll be back.Services: Auto A/C recharge”
