“We had a fantastic experience at Karle Coachwork! Ours was a rather complex repair from a car accident, with a great deal of damage and a lot that needed to be replaced, plus a fairly complex multi-layer "white pearl" paint job. We couldn't be happier with the results...the vehicle looks good as new, absolutely flawless repairs and paint job. Body panels are aligned well and look original. Paint matches perfectly. Everything is functioning as it should and we haven't had any issues since getting the vehicle back.
The process took longer than we were quoted and that we had hoped, but Chris and the team did an excellent job keeping us updated throughout the process and setting expectations about timeline even when it took longer than expected. It seems one just needs to expect that auto body work is going to take a long time. The team is friendly and knowledgable, and it seems like they genuinely want to do an excellent job and provide great customer service. If you are trying to decide where to go for major auto body work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karle!”

“I have a Porsche 944 and was told by another repair shop that my engine had a cracked block because the antifreeze and oil mixed (chocolate milk color). I took it to European Performance and was told that a gasket only needs to be replaced. They save me peace of mind and lots of money. Great service and great friendly people”

“My 2003 Mini Cooper had a recurring issue with several of the indicator lights lighting up. My usual mechanic said that the car needed a new computer board. My husband thought to consult Concours and they determined that there had been a sensor error and the computer settings had been erased. So they tested all the sensors and reset the system and the car has been perfect ever since. And the bill was less than projected!
Plus the service was prompt and friendly. So grateful. Delightful.”

“I'm from Louisville,Ky and came here for Vacation and my truck decided to have a bad ball bearing in the right side passenger Hub and these guys got me in the same day and got it fixed the same day and better yet they not only took me to the hotel where i was staying but also came and got me and took me back to my truck after the repairs so i didn't have to Uber and cost any more money and they were honest and very affordable and if anyone needs anything fixed or repaired I would very highly recommend you check here for all your car care concerns.I am very Thankful for you guys and you have saved my vacation as i was on minimal budget. Sometimes they get cars from clients in other states. They are worth the wait.Don't waste money at other places, Ted's and his family run business are second to none.”
“08 Toyota RAV4 V6 Limited required Water Pump, Serpentine Belt, Thermostat and Spark Plugs replacement. As a local Woodland Park resident, was referred to Vascholtz as a local honest and reasonable automotive repair family owned business. Stopped by and spoke with Shelly and Clint Vascholtz for a quote and scheduled an appointment. Shelly and Clint were very friendly and Clint confirmed the rattling noises were indeed worn bearings in the water pump. Provided the Toyota OEM parts and Clint and his mechanics had the maintenance completed in 6 hours. Overall costs were reasonable and fair versus what the Toyota dealer would have charged. I will return to Vascholtz Automotive. Recommend Clint and his team for your local Automotive Repairs.”

“Luis is such a mechanic he got everything done quickly and most importantly right while being very friendly and kind. Jackie at the front desk feels like family and i just met her. She very sweet and down to earth. Id definantly recommend checking them out if you are in need of brakes and rotors. They both also managed to get me a discount bc id found them through google. They also offer a cash discount which is nice. They got me in and out in the same day even though my wheels had a wheel lock on them that i didnt know about anddidnt have q a key for.
