Tortilleria La Roca has been selling fresh tortillas daily for 21 years. They prepare about 7,000 warm, soft, and amazing tortillas of both corn and flour varieties daily. The corn tortillas are simply corn and water, while the flour variety are delicate. They also offer a great selection of Mexican salsas and condiments, including a habanero hot sauce described as the best on the planet. Their tacos, enchiladas, tamales, and quesadillas are delicious with generous portions. The staff are friendly with impressive customer service. The food presentation and taste are truly amazing, making it a must-stop location worth the drive from anywhere in the valley.
I love this place. Carnitas, fresh tortillas, and Chicharron. Absolutely wonderful if you’re in Carbondale definitely hit this place. It is worth it.
