“I misaddressed a package and it was marked as delivered (entirely my fault), I called all morning trying to get in touch, figured they were understaffed and couldn't answer calls. When they finally answered, they apologized to me for missing the calls and for marking the package as delivered (I should have been the one apologizing). They already knew about my package and had handled the issue prior to me even contacting them. Honestly, that's how you do customer service.”
“I came to the store the day before Thanksgiving to ship a return. Their computer system was down, so I was frustrated that I would have to drive back (30 minutes) to drop it off another time. BUT then the manager came to my car and offered to take care of it on Friday after Thanksgiving saving me an hour round trip! He then texted me to the receipt with photos. Exceptional service!!!!”
