Oscar is a rare breed. Called him on a Saturday and he met me at his shop to diagnose the problem. He had me run down the necessary parts to do the repairs. An hour later I was on the road again. I was trying to get my truck in to a shop for a diagnostic test. Other shops were weeks backed up or wouldn't answer their phone. While Ruiz automotive gave me a time in the same day to bring in to get checked out. Ruiz did a diagnostic check for no additional charge and was congenial to recommending some options. I didn't feel pressured or blindsided. Next time I need some work done on a vehicle I will return to Ruiz Automotive and suggest his business to others. Thank you, Ruiz Automotive.
