This is a delightful gallery with many fine examples of modern impressionism and some truly beautiful abstract art pieces. Marcel, the artist and owner, is a delightful and knowledgeable person. Even if you don't buy, it's worth walking through to look at his tremendous collection.

While in Carbondale for First Friday I stopped into this little gallery located on Main Street. The gallery featured multiple paintings (around every nook and cranny) all from one artist. We enjoyed perusing the gallery while nibbling on cheese, crackers, veggies, and juice. The paintings ranged from a portrait of Amy Grant to ocean scenes and abstract imagery. Unfortunately we were not able to engage with the artist as he was being chatted up by other First Friday attendees. If I'm in town for another First Friday event I will definitely stop in.
