Sarah Valentine was so rude, aggressive, to my wife today in the Carbondale location. Claiming that a lot of people were having problems today, so this tells me she was overwhelmed and can’t handle this job position due to a lot going on her plate. So disappointed about this, my wife has nervous problems and she is shaking right now. I do not care about how Sarah overwhelmed today this is her job and I would suggest to find another job, customer service is not an easy task to perform. She was by herself and easily could’ve help my wife but after their problem gets fixed we’ll never come back to this HR block, and will advise a lot of our friends/relatives to not go there anymore. Zachary on the other hand was a very respectful and helpful gentlemen who helped her last time.

This is the third year I have worked with Sara at HR Block in Colorado and my experience is always great. She takes the time to explain anything I don't understand so that I can make informed decisions about my taxes.
