Good sized Mexican grocery store with an excellent restaurant up front. I got the ramen birria special, and it was an enormous portion and super delicious, served with fresh house made tortillas. The salsa bar is also fantastic and actually spicy, and the horchata was great. I think only one person there speaks fluent English, which is how you know it's going to be good lol

This place is the real deal. You go past the kitchen and order at the cash register in the store. Everything is made to order. They press and fry the tortilla along with your meat. This is simple mexican at its best. The flavors are spot on. Go in and have the best tacos in the valley.

Wow. Wow. Incredible authentic Mexican food. Some of the best I've ever had. Their tacos are absolutely to die for. A real hidden gem that I'm almost hesitant to rate for fear that it'll blow up and my special spot will suddenly become a hot spot. Best Mexican food in the RF valley

The Carnitas are amazing! No frills dining area but truly authentic food. No need to go anywhere else. The market behind the restaurant up front sells home made tortillas to die for.

Absolutely unreal gem of a place. You can’t go wrong with any of the food here. Most authentic Mexican I have had in a very long time. Had the chorizo, carne, and Barbacoa tacos and they were all so good, I ordered the pupupas as a not so light snack because it was that good. Coming back to Colorado just to eat here.

Really good Mexican food place they're family owned small business excellent staff very friendly and it's okay if you don't speak a lot of Spanish everyone is very kind. They have the best selection of toppings for your food tons of different salsas some are very spicy ??? also a meat market so you can order raw meats to take home and cook yourself. I first found this place fifteen (15) years ago when I didn't have a lot of money even still their prices are reasonable and you get a lot of food for what you paid for and it's delicious. I love Garcia's Market best little secret in town they are tucked away not too many people would think to look inside. ... Pssst ... Second little tasty note they were recognized years ago on the Hit television show DDD [triple D] ???. You must order from here if you're in Carbondale I hear it's a convenient stones throw from both hotels in town. Don't be a stranger check it out!

Great local spot for real Mexican food, cooked in front of you to order. Limited seating. Also has a market- order food in the market and bring the ticket to the cooks. Highly recommended.

This is a restaurant and market that only the locals know about. Great short order cooking of real Mexican food. Order in the market and then bring your ticket to the cooks and then you can watch them make your food. Today I had chicken tacos on fresh made corn tortillas with rice and beans.
