“Okay, it's not the fanciest place but the customer service makes up for it, in my book.I had a machine that wouldn't drop the quarters and when I called the number posted, the owner answered and was sending someone asap.Be aware it's cash only (there are change machines for up to $10 bills) but for $2 I can wash and rinse when I don't need anything fancy.”

“I was sitting in the Willits General Store car wash line and decided to bail because it looked like they only had a guy hand washing and you drove through the dryer. It was taking forever. So I came over here instead. I will say people with nicer cars take their vehicles here to get washed. It’s like a triple action day spa for your car. Generally my car wash clean, though I wish they did extra hand drying at the end. I’m used to just putting my car in neutral and rolling through an automatic wash. This is kind of like that, but you have to drive through it and park in the middle yourself. Go slow at the beginning and the end driving in and out to maximize your wash drying and undercarriage spray. Will probably come back here. They also have self vacuums but wish they had people would would detail my interior as well.”

“This is a nice little car wash but they closed very early but it's one of the nicest automatic car washes in town and it's not too awful bad on their pricing since they discount if you get over 10 gallons”

“I forgot to stop the machine when using my credit card. I was charged $20 (totally my fault) I wasn’t sure if the machine just keeps running and I would be charged more, so the next morning when I noticed the charge, I went to check the machine to make sure it had in fact been stopped. The owner happened to be there at the time. He refunded me the entire $20 even though I had in fact washed my car. I didn’t expect the refund but was genuinely surprised at the comments before mine. Its NOT the owners mistake if you forget to stop the machine, he is an honest man making a living. There are phone numbers posted that you can call if issues arise and he was very willing to help. So before giving bad reviews, stop, take a second to consider if you may be at fault just a little bit. And if you feel cheated, have an adult mature conversation with him. He seemed so reasonable to deal with. I highly recommend anyone to get their car washed here.”
