Took our Mini Cooper in with overheating issue. Had trouble getting resolved with other mechanics. Zerby mechanic found problem and resolved quickly and efficiently. Will only take Mini here in the future. They won my confidence and future business.

Took my car here for a cooling diagnostic for what I strongly suspected was a cracked reservoir. Explained to them were the leak was coming from (from under the reservoir) and that I was certain it was not a water pump or radiator issue. They tell me the leak is coming from my water pump and quote me $2,100 to fix it, said they can’t replace the water pump without replacing the timing chain as well. I took it to someone I know personally, and they showed me the crack in the reservoir as I suspected, and explained my car wouldn’t be running as well as it is with a water pump leak. They also said there is no leaks coming from in or around the engine at all. I have yet to replace the reservoir but it has been over 2 months since I topped off my radiator with coolant and not once has it overheated. They lied to me because they thought I didn’t know any better and tried to take my money without actually fixing the real problem. There is no way the car would be able to go that long without topping off coolant if my water pump was leaking as bad as they said it was. Their diagnostic of my car stresses me and my family out greatly and was very upsetting. It is also horrible customer service to argue with clients over google reviews about their experiences with them, no company is perfect and it is very disheartening to have your feelings about their service discredited. Will never take my cars here again or recommend them to anyone, typical mechanic that lies to make money.

First, want to thank you for not giving up on all the things that were wrong with my car.Which i got from a private seller.No one except Zerby’s has ever been there for me and made sure I got to work and back if my car wasn’t fixed by closing no matter how long it took to get it done. You made sure all work and parts were with warranty and that’s a really big deal.Thank you Zerby! You’re the best!

Just by chance, Bobby was able to look at my truck. He set up repairs the way I wanted. He kept in touch with me and set up repairs on my time frame. The work was done right and they saved me some costs on parts that could be salvaged! I appreciate being treated so well and trust them to do it right and honestly. Andrew was even able to squeeze my truck in for an oil change during the same time. What a great team! Thank you so much! I'll be back in the future and recommend to anyone wanting a local shop, close to home and above all honest!
