I traded in my phone for an upgrade. They explained to me that my old phone is worth $600, and my new phone is worth $700 so I will need to pay $100 and that’s all. I asked if I could pay it upfront and they said I can pay $50 up front but then the remaining $50 will need to be on monthly payments for 24 months. They explained that my monthly payments will be $18 until they process the trade-in, which should take 2-3 months, then my bill would drop down to $1.14 a month and they would reimburse me for the months that I had to pay $18. I agreed to it but I have never received the reimbursement or the change in my monthly statements. It’s been a year now and I’ve tried many times to talk with them about the situation and they always say they will look into it or just “give it more time to process”. I continue to have to make monthly payments of $18 and am having to pay in full for the phone after trading in my other phone that was in great condition. They are dishonest in their dealings.

Brian got my new phone up and running in 5 minutes after failed attempts by other Verizon stores and Verizon customer service. I will always go to Brian with any issues as he knows what he is doing. The other associates I dealt with need more training Verizon!

Sage, my sales rep, was as sharp as anyone I’ve ever worked with! She knows the products, helped me decide which new phone to buy, was very upfront about pricing, and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
