Impossible to say enough about this vet. We said goodbye to our Ruby last week and these folks were outstanding! Walked us through the entire horrible process and the compassion, understanding and sympathy expressed to us was above and beyond. 5 stars are not enough to rate this vet. 10+ stars and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We were taking our 2 dogs there our first dog was seen late 3 times 2022 but during his visits we were met with several "miscommunications" on prices, treatment plans and general weight issues, many conflicting statements between the reception to the vet. Fast forward to 2024 we start bringing in our new puppy like 12 weeks old and they state on the initial visit that one of her teeth had to be removed due to complications of angle and would cost around $500 ok seems a little weird to remove a puppies tooth if they haven't grown yet I don't assume to know however, we were told that we would follow up about this next visit. Our next visit about a month after my wife takes her in does not see the veterinarian at all the vet tech came in for around 15 minutes didn't even look at her teeth or mouth area and claimed we would have to take her to specialist and would be around $1300 to have it removed and charged my wife and sent her on her way. My wife obviously upset and at the end of our ropes we call again and express our frustration (squeaky wheel gets the grease) my wife talks to the receptionist the receptionist explains they weren't at their best today and shortages and such I get it no issues she offers her to come back for another appointment next week free of charge and I can confirm this statement. She comes back again they see he,r vet finally looks at her explains she will need tooth removed and she's breathing heavily and she doesn't want to eat oh and they got the price wrong on the initial removal and it's not $500 it's actually $800 without specialist and they still have to charge my wife again because it's the vets discretion. As stated we were beyond fed up the constant miscommunication and the prices changing and we had already voiced our displeasure with this clinic when met with the opportunity to speak with them I told them this was the last straw 4 appointments and every one has had some "issues" on the clinics side. I had asked them if this was legitimately a miscommunication error every time or is this a scam because 4 times seems outside the area of human error. And lo and behold a week later we are banned because we allegedly accused them of scamming. It seems to me that it was all well and good constantly apologizing and trying to make things better, but as soon as the question of scamming came about you left, seems strange. Oh we also was told that we never tried to talk about these issues but when we did you had another miscommunication and was also told we never spoke with the owner? So I guess if you have a problem with this clinic talk to the vet, the tech, the owner and the city planner maybe the town mayor I guess because we weren't talking to the right person. In conclusion extremely disappointed and very suspicious of other clinics moving forward. Thanks Rose Vet.

Rose has been our trusted vet after an after-hours emergency a few years back, and I have never been happier. They are so caring and personable, it’s always such a welcoming environment and they do the most they can for animals. As a paranoid pet parent, I was very uneasy about my pup needing her teeth cleaned under anesthesia but the doctors and techs, as well as the receptionists, made it such a relaxing experience and really put my mind at ease. Not to mention, they did a phenomenal job cleaning my pup’s teeth! Would highly recommend Rose and their services.

Rose Veterinary Hospital is great! I recently adopted a dog who needed seen fairly quickly for some eye issues. Rose Veterinary Hospital was able to get my dog in to be seen in a week. They are polite, very professional, and everyone was friendly. My dog got her check up, and medication that she really needed. Thank you everyone at Rose Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Rubio and our vet tech!

I have 5 dogs so I can't always afford a high priced vet bill. Rose Veterinarian Has the best care for the bang of your buck . However you still get that care for your animals as if you took them to a HollyWood vet . They care about all the animals the people that work there are always happy to go out of there way to help to get answers to find a way to give our pets the best life they can possibly have .Yes there maybe some things they can not or do not wish to do there but it is only because they do want the best care for your animals so they may not have the equipment to do some things or maybe they know the technology is further along at another facility and yes I truly respect them for all they do at Rose Veterinarian. They need donations and maybe this is not the time or place for this but where is the best time or place . I'LL TELL YOU it is here it is now because maybe the right time and the right place will never show up .I do not work for Rose Veterinarian in any way shape or form I just feel if there is any establishment doing what they do they deserve the ability to do every thing they want to do there with out having to ship our pets out all the people that work for Rose Veterinarian care with there whole hearts about what they do so please if you can help help please I want Rose Veterinarian to be around doing what they do for many many years to come cause they are filling a hole that needed to be filled and that is doing everything they can to help the pets and help us not go bankrupt God Bless you all and your Pet family members . YES THANK GOD for all the people that work for Rose Veterinarian and all they do for us and our children named Blue , Gracie , Harley , JJ , Sadie , Sophia , and least but not last Mr. SEDRIC ILOVE ALL MY CHILDERN

Great experience as always. They are a bit far from me but worth it. Never a problem getting an appointment and the staff are super nice. They reach out the day after vaccination to check on the dogs . Really good with my Huskies, Linkin and Cash.

Dr Rose came out at 10 pm to assist my horse, he was having a colic episode. I so appreciate her expertise and coming to the barn so quickly. I am grateful that Dr. Rose services this town.

They were quite busy when I called- gal was very nice, but still booked out
Since this was something that needed immediate attention- I googled it and I did end up taking care of my pets needs myself but I will try again someday- hopefully when not so urgent

First off my dog Rhupert was dealing with kidney issues and no one could draw blood from him for testing, being a human phebotomist I had to do it myself. Also we were working to get some Ferrel cats in the area spayed and neutered and the estimate per cat was $600+ they demanded bloodwork for each. I would give 0 stars if I could

I'm a client of 12 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Rose and staff are amazing and my Corgis are always given attention and care that really means the world to me. As a breeder I always recommend to my clients that they find their vet before they ever bring their puppy home and then meet with them as soon as they do. It's up to the owner to make certain that they have a vet BEFORE something happens. Dr. Rose is as compassionate and caring as anyone could possibly be as is her whole staff, but they have their hands full with their regular clients and I mean FULL. To expect ANY vet to respond to an emergency when that owner hasn't done their due diligence and found their own vet BEFORE an emergency is not the responsibility of the vet they call at the last minute. They can only do so much. So please people, if you don't have a regular vet, find one now and don't blame them if you need them in an emergency and have never taken your dog/cat to them before.

My dog was attacked by another dog and ended up needing stitches and a drain port i had to take her back several days later to get the drain port removed they apparently didnt check her chart because they removed the stitches too that had 10 more days left . they informed me they messed up and she would have to be resadated and the stitches replaced and acted like they were doing me a favor for not charging for the replacement stitches..UPDATE.....when the vet saw this post they dropped us as a client and refused to remove her stitches that they put in that was included in the bill and we had to find another vet and pay them to remove the stitches all because we left a review not a false review just a honest one bringing there mistake to light they sent us a letter stating that since we left a review they would be dropping us as patients and they would not be removing her stitches. So apparently you cannot voice dissatisfaction at there mistake and still have your animal treated even if youve already paid for it . what horrible customer service. Oh we made a mistake and you told someone oh no more care for your dog...like really....very disappointed not only did my dog have to get stitches twice but the second time they didnt look as good nor heal as good and then she had to become a new patient somewhere else just to get the stitches removed because they were butt hurt over a review very unprofessional......?

Wonderful place! I had to put down my 20 yr old dog, Buddy. All staff very kind and sensitive from the front desk (Lisa and Maddie) to the vet tech. Kudos to Desi (vet tech) who helped us during this difficult time. Dr Jane Rubio explained the process and was very empathetic. They even made a clay paw print for us. They all helped make this difficult situation a little easier.
