My tale is lengthy. We left our motor coach in Cañon City, CO, to be sold following repairs. We unloaded contents and shipped them home to central FL but there was one seemingly insurmountable issue. We had 2 foldable Bike Fridays that we couldn’t find an affordable way to move them from CO to FL. I contacted Scott, owner of Red Canyon Cycles, explained my tale of woe and asked if he could sell a bike box to the repair facility housing our coach so they could pack and send. Scott did better than that. He went to the facility, picked up both bikes, packed, and shipped and they arrived very safely today. We’ve never met Scott nor have we been in his shop but he’s got to be the epitome of the Gold Standard of customer service to do this for non-customers and total strangers. I would like to recommend him, his shop, and everything that he offers that is cycle-related. Thank you again, Scott, for going way beyond and above for us.

NO RETURNS AND HORRIBLE SERVICES!! Should think about shutting it down if your not going to service your own business and leaving people to hang out for hours before anyone helps.

Not only is Scott a great bike mechanic, he also took the time to educate me on how to maintain my bike in the future, which was very helpful. He seems to genuinely care about his customers.I also appreciate being able to make an appointment, knowing that my bike won't have to sit there for a week "waiting in line".The Handlebar is our favorite place to go for a drink too!

Standing in the bike shop. Google my business says the bike shop is open. Can't seem to find anyone to help us. We tried to call the bike shop from in the bike shop. Low and behold a guy sitting drinking coffee looks at his ringing phone, looks at us and goes back to his coffee and laptop. Second I hang up his phone stops ringing.

I stopped in mid-ride with a broken spoke, and they fixed it on the spot and got me moving again. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I've been to many bike shops, however this one is probably the most politely rude customer service I've ever experienced at any business. Decent bikes and a coffee shop but didn't stick around due to the disrespect I witnessed to another patron by staff. Wouldn't go back or recommend this business.

Nice bike shop with good variety of accessories as well as bikes. The staff a friendly and helpful with a coffee shop attached what else do you need? A note on the review from the one star review saying they only had one bike in stock. That person either went to a different place or is flat out lying I've been in the shop and seen less than 10 bikes there.

Excellent bicycle shop. I left my older-model mountain bike to have a tuneup and repair of front disc brake. Scott, the owner, was able to repair my disc brake and did an outstanding job of replacing my cables, brake pads, etc, Scott is very friendly and very knowledgeable about cycling and goes out of his way to help you with any problems you need answers to. I highly recommend this business.
