Peggy Ritter is the best realtor in Canon City. On top of being charming and fun she is also very thorough with her work. There are no dull moment when you go house hunting with Peggy. She takes her work to heart and goes above and beyond to help you find the perfect home. Even after the deal goes through she helps you find the right roofer, or electrician or anything else you might need to give finishing touches to your dream home.

Peggy is THE BEST! She got us in the perfect house 6 years ago as first time buyers, and again found us the perfect house once our family grew and we needed more space. AND got our first home sold for us in 2 days! Peggy Ritter demonstrated professionalism and savvy in the search for our first home. She showed my fiance and I numerous homes, and was always willing to work with our odd availability when determining times for walkthroughs. She was straightforward and honest in her dealings with us, genuinely caring that we loved the house we would eventually land in, and never pressuring us towards anything other than happiness and contentment. When our financing was processed slower than usual (through no fault of hers or her team), she stayed positive and showed true resolve, ultimately locking the deal in.
