Sold a faulty car battery about a year ago, they replaced it under warranty, and today that new battery gave up the ghost.
They also replaced that one, but knowing that there's a chance my battery could die for no reason doesn't give me comfort.
Won't be shopping here again, at least not for batteries.

We were traveling from Aspen, CO to Dallas, TX with unexpected car trouble. We got lucky and had the best experience with staff on Monday night. They had a few hours till closing and went above and beyond on trying to get us going to our next destination. Truly cannot thank them enough on their good graces. To Daniel and the lovely lady whose name I did not catch, thank so much again.

Bought a super start extreme battery last year (sticker 10/2022) and it stopped working on 12/2023. These come with a three year warranty. When I brought it in today, they said the tester said it was bad right away. They found my receipt in their system for my core charge of the bad one I turned in in 2022 but couldn’t find my receipt for this battery. They said it was because the person who rang it up put my phone number in for the core charge receipt but not for the new battery. He was kind and apologetic which was nice but I’m still out of $220.
