Took my 2 rats here because they are very old and experiencing a lot of health problems, took them with the intention of having them euthanized because I didn’t want to put them through further stress and trauma of surgery or having to be transported to a vet again, when we got there the front desk girl told us someone had called and rescheduled my appointment, I explained that there was no one who knew I was taking them there or when, and they were adamant that a man had called and given both my rats names to reschedule, they also said my appointment was never for the time we had scheduled and was actually 30 minutes earlier because they had a “lunch meeting” they say they’ll squeeze us in this one time, and end up prescribing surgery and meds against what I told them I wanted. I tried to explain I did not want to put them through that and I would like to consider euthanasia due to their age and the nature of their issues, and was completely brushed off. They rushed our appointment and when I walked out of the seeing room to check out they were having a pizza party. I was very upset with how they treated my rats and rushed us out to have their dominoes pizza party. I will never take my pets here again or recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble of being lied to and having your pets used as cash cows and go to any other vet in town.

Dr. Schroder was very attentive to my sick dog and listened carefully as I described her past health history and current problem. It was apparent he really cares and was gentle yet thorough with his assessment of her condition. I would recommend this vet clinic for pet related concerns.

Worst vet experience imaginable Overlooked a MAJOR neurological issue and said it was my kids dogs teeth. Didn't prescribe any antibiotics just asked for money for a procedure that wasn't actually the issue at hand causing the pup so many issues. I do not recommend this vet clinic. There is a reason that this is the only clinic in town who has more availability. 4mile was so compassionate when having to put this poor baby to sleep today.

Thank you all. You are the kindest, most competent staff. I called other vet clinics and they were very rude, and didn't even give me a chance. You all were so willing to help Theo and Ozzy meet all the requirements for them to move to Hawaii. It took us a few months, but all was successful and they are happily adjusted to their island home. Stellar service, 10 ?.
