I have had the pleasure of working with John Marietta of Fremont Realty LLC multiple times. Both buying and selling a home here in Canon City. If you think the words Honesty, Integrity, or customer appreciation are lost in this world today. They are not lost on him. He went out of his way to make sure our home purchase went through unimpeded. That included prompting our Washington realtor, when he was dropping the ball on our home sale there. His efforts we’re much appreciated by my wife and I. In this day and age of everyone and their dog thinking they can get rich being a realtor, why not choose a professional like John Marietta.

John was professional and proficient in every step of our home purchase! We came from out of state, which presented some challenges, but John was flexible and helpful! I was referred to John Marietta by one of his former clients that I have known for years who has purchased numerous properties in Fremont County. John did a fantastic job throughout the process of selling my home and he is very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the area.There were a few issues that needed to be solved with my property prior to the closing process. Even though I was out of the State over the Christmas Holidays, John was able to promptly communicate solutions. I would highly recommend choosing John Marietta Realty for either buying or selling real estate in the Royal Gorge region.

Our family’s experience with John Marietta as our realtor was oustanding.He does his job with integrity and in a very straight forward manner. Anytime we had a question he was always available. If he couldn’t answer his phone immediately he always called back in a very timely way. He kept us appraised of every step as we walked through the sale of my deceased moms house.We couldn’t have been happier with John and would certainly recommend him as a realtor if you are looking to buy or sell a house.

We were so pleased with John's work, on our behalf, in the selling of our parent's home. Our listing was a little complicated in that all 5 siblings listed on the deed live in different places throughout Colorado. John made the entire process possible and effortless on our part. He kept us informed and knowledgeable at all times. He also had the additional work of overseeing the process of signing many on-line forms and of making sure all documents and necessary deed paperwork, that had to be signed in-person, arrived in a timely manner. We highly recommend John and hope you will consider him for the sale of your property.

John is the ultimate professional. We were tough customers as we were very particular about the property we were looking for. John was very patient and showed us a lot of properties over several trips. He had tons of great advice. When we finally found the property for us he was wise as we made our offers and we ended up with a great place and my wife loves it.

John at Fremont Realty was very responsive, respectful, professional and helpful. I dreaded selling a house for the first time. John made it incredibly painless. His pictures and postings were great. He found the right buyers very, very quickly. If I were to buy or sell in the area again I would most definitely go through Fremont Realty.
