It's not a bad facility. Lots of equipment. Decent swimming pool but a little to pricey.

Great place with all the necessities! Staff are very attentive and polite. This place has a lot to offer everyone. Would definitely recommend. The only minor fault, and it is not direceted at Elite, is that can the sauna not be used to hang towels. It is small and not suited for that plus it’s hard to maintain the temperature when people go in and out for their towels.

Thanks to Silver Sneakers I'm there several times a week. Hey it's got everything I need and more. Sure some of the equipment is older but it's well taken care of. Staff is always cleaning and there's plenty of laundered cloth rags and spray cleaner bottles.

Plenty of machines, free weights, bar bells and swimming time. There are instructor lead classes.Pool and Sauna is only open when rent desk staff are on duty.

Outdated and old equipment continues to break/breakdown.Office staff need a training course in customer courtesy. I have had a few interactions with them that were rather unpleasant. The paper towels and hand soaps are constantly, and consistently, empty. The cleanliness standards for the gym overall are severely lacking. Due to the traffic during the day, cleaning should be more constant.

Great gym, they’re a little relaxed with enforcement of some of their rules, but I guess some customers like letting underage kids risk injury while they mess with the equipment. Overall the gym equipment and amenities suffice my needs and I go when it’s not busy to avoid people letting their kids play on the equipment issue.

*as promised I'm editing my review since I was finally able to get them to correct my charges. It is not a 5 star review because getting this corrected was a huge hassle that included going through the BBB and many many back and forth communications. Facility is sufficient but the owner's attitude and customer handling needs a lot of work . Very glad to be done with elite family fitness * I went into the location in July to talk with them about placing my account on hold for an upcoming surgery. The gal at the front desk (whose name I didn't ask for at the time) didn't have any idea how to put my account on hold and after standing at the desk for quite some time that day she said she'd done it. I asked her if it would automatically renew and she said no, just come in or call us when you're ready to start it back up. That was all I was told. At the time of surgery my estimated time out of commission was only 12 weeks, that being said, surgery complications arose and I have been out of commission for over 8 months. I was finally cleared by my doctor to go back to the gym so I visited the location on 4/13/23 and worked with Erin. At this time she helped me get switched over (or so I thought) to my Active&Fit subscription. She also informed me that there was a large (over $300) balance on my account. She looked and said the reason was that the "required documentation was never received". This was news to me because when I placed my account on hold I was not asked for paperwork of any sort and would have happily provided it (as it was already in my possession from the doctor). Per Erin's request I emailed in my paperwork from the doctor showing that I was not cleared for the gym between August 2022 and May 2023 (the account was placed on hold in July for the required 8-week pre-surgery quarantine). I know this is a monitored email address because they responded back to me the same day when I requested a copy of my contract. I sent this email with documentation from my doctor on April 25th, 2023, and didn't hear back. I sent a follow-up email on May 4th, 2023, and again heard nothing back. I called the gym on May 13th only to speak with a young kid who had no idea what to do (he admitted this) and said I'd need to call back next week to speak to "his boss". I called back on 5/16 and left a voicemail. Today (5/17) Art (who I believe is the owner) called me back and was very rude. He said, "You only told us your account would be on hold for 12 weeks so the balance on your account is still owed and we never got your doctor's note". I let him know I was never told to send in any information to which he replied "You have a copy of your contract, you should need to be told what is required". I let him know, per the contract, it states "IF A FREEZE IS APPROVED AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION IS RECEIVED" and doesn't specify what (if any) documentation is requested at the time of freezing my account. He again just continued speaking in circles that "even if the freeze had been done correctly it is a $10 a month fee" which is 100% fine. I will happily pay the $10 a month for the time my account was on hold as it states in my contract but I will not be paying an exorbitant balance that was only accrued due to a lack of staff training at his facility. The other issue is that not only was my account not frozen correctly but when I went in and gave Erin my Active&Fit membership information, it was not set up properly and now they are charging my debit card again the $34 monthly fee. Per the contract that Art so kindly pointed me back to "If you are under an active contract, not month-to-month rollover, and become eligible for insurance coverage memberships (i.e. silver sneakers, prime, blue fed 365, or many others.....) Then your contracted time will go onto a freeze status. At the time that you are no longer covered under one of those programs your previous contracted time will go back into effect." Which was cle
