“There's was quite a long line, but I was still helped within 15 minutes of showing up and sitting down. And the lady who served me was so so nice. My ooonly thing... Was every time she asked me a personal question, she related back to it... By telling a small story, which caused her to take her focus and hands off of the taxes we were trying to get filed. I understand being friendly and all. But it got to the point where I stopped answering questions with much enthusiasm and stopped talking so we could finish what we were trying to get done. Haha. It's not a huge deal. It just seems like with a line of 10 people waiting in the lobby and me.... Who had been there a total of 50 minutes... She would have been a little bit more serious about getting the job done Promptly and being productive with her time. She also, didn't ask me if I had any other tax documents besides my w2 even tho I had a 1099 sitting on the desk in front of me, until the end... And we had to go back.”
