Terrible store policies particularly no restrooms available to customers. I saw a kid have an accident after a parent asked to use the restroom. The pandemic has been over for a while now. I think it's time to revise the stupid policy

WOULDN'T LET MY DAUGHTER USE THE RESTROOM, BECAUSE THEY SHUT THEM DOWN DURING THE PANDEMIC. WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND ARROGANT ABOUT THE SITUATION. AFTER CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE I RECEIVED MORE OF THE SAME CALLOUS ATTITUDE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, MY DAUGHTER WASN'T ABLE TO HOLD HER BLADDER. THANKS FOR YOUR STORE POLICY THAT IS VOID OF BASIC HUMAN DECENCY.

Did a secret shop here. The store was very clean and neat. The store manager Dalton was very professional. He even called me back to let me know I did not get the job! I have done tons of secret shops on job interviews. It is very rare to get a call back at all, especially the next day! The assistant manager, Jared, also did an amazing job. Way to go ? ?
