“This is the best, authentic Mexican food I've had in Colorado! Highly recommend! Ellicott is on 94, about 20 minutes East of Colorado Springs, and well worth the drive! It's hidden in a spanish grocery store, but the food and service are exceptional! The first mexican place I've eaten where they greet you in spanglish. The place is far enough out of Colorado Springs, that the food is authentic and not ruined by that ridiculous fusion nonsense!...Nothing but amazing, flavorful, authentic food here, and the service is SO impressive. The lady that took our order was SO friendly and cheerful! Great experience for my wife and me! I had the barbacoa burrito, and the meat was cooked to perfection, the sauce was so flavorful! My wife had the chicken quesadilla, and she loved it! We'll be back! It wasn't crowded either!”

“I love living in small towns. It's 9 miles to Woolsey's and those gentlemen there are very nice and caring people. I forgot my money and he put my receipt on a board and said pay it next time your in town. Their meats are EXCELLENT, and fresh. Their employees are very good and kind. Without them it's 30 minutes each way from my house to a store. Thank you, Woolsey, for kindness and caring to our community”
