We decided to give these guys a try after reading some of the reviews. We have older vehicles with a lot of miles. As far as the shop is concerned they do a pretty decent job. There was a couple of things that had to be re-fixed that was mechanical error. But all in all they have done a decent job of what we've asked them to do. That's why they have four stars. Customer service is a different issue . However I did just recently talked to a gentleman they hired named Moses.. he's trying to improve customer service issues. They be wise to keep him

The level of honesty is top notch!! It's hard to find a repair shop where you know they are not going to try and sell you something you don't need. They are friendly and knowledgeable, keep you updated on what they find. I will definitely continue to come to this shop.

We cannot thank you enough for all of your help. We broke down coming home from vacation and were still about 6 hours from home. They fit us in to take a look and see what they could do for us. Unfortunately parts were not readily available (they did everything they could to get them) but we were able to get further down the road to a place that could. Every employee went above and beyond and we only wish we lived closer so we could use them for all our diesel trucks! We definitely highly recommend them! Thank you again!

On my cross country trip, near my destination, and late at night, my water pump failed. I found Tri-Valley in Limon and arranged a tow truck to their location.
I was at their door first thing in the morning. They took my car in and diagnosed the problem. They were methodical and professional. They made sure my car was safe and operational before getting me back on the road.
Thanks to the whole crew, Christy, Dave, John, and everyone who kindly made my car road ready again.
I made it to my destination and feel confident that I will put more road miles in the car for some time.

I broke down 15 minutes before they closed on Friday. They got me scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Had me diagnosed before lunch (turbo failure), and had me on the road before lunch on Tuesday.
Obviously I didn't want to break down, but I broke down close enough to the shop that gets it done. And with a great parts warranty.
They even gave me a ride to and from my motel.
Special thanks to the receptionist (I'm sorry I forgot her name) as she scheduled me and answered all my questions and was patient with my frustration.
Thank you again to everyone there.
My truck is still running great.
