“Wonderfully comfortable rooms, front desk staff were (appropriately) enamored with my adorable furballs :), and my cats had an absolute ball clamoring all over every horizontal surface they could find lol!”

“Pros: very nice, new, good breakfast, convenient, super quiet, plenty of grass for dogs, comfortable beds (seem more firm than plush) over all relaxing.Cons: WiFi is terrible, (let me preface this next con by saying this may have been isolated to me, because my parents who stayed on floor 3 didn’t have this problem). When I went to get ready for bed 11/1130, the room felt like it was 75+ degrees. I made sure the heat was turned down (64 degrees), the fan was set to on, and I had already tried to run the AC to cool the room off, but due to it being so cold outside, the AC wouldn’t run. I was able to sleep for about 2 hours, then woke up and had to open the window to try and cool the room. That didn’t help. I then went to sleep for another hour or so, and finally got up and completely opened the window and curtains just to try and get some cold air flow. Come 4:00am, I couldn’t stand it and just got up to start my day. I slept maybe 4 hours, and it wasn’t great sleep.Other than the not being able to sleep comfortably, and the terrible WiFi, this is a great place to stay, and I plan to come back next time I’m here to see family.Rooms: Very tall ceilings, kind of dimly lit (even with lamps), decent size TV, large closet, and plenty of space. (First floor, king room).Nearby activities: In town, there is a carousel, park, and then a small historic downtown.Walkability: Just across a fairly quiet road is the Loves truck stop, which has a Hardee’s and all the other conveniences.Food & drinks: There is a convenience room at the front by the desk with drinks and snacks, along with the Loves just across the road.”

“We stayed at this location from the Sept 29-Oct 1st, 2023 and it was terrible. We arrived to a location that is rundown and the pool was not up and running. Those 2 thing you could probably overlook, however, that was just the start of a unhappy stay. The key cards had been used so much that they often didn't work, our door did not close all the way without basically slamming it, the mirror in the bathroom was essentially falling off the wall and pointed to the floor, the bathroom had hair from a previous visitor on the floor, the water pressure was almost non-existent, and we returned from a dusty event on the 30th to find out that neither boiler was working and would not be during the rest of our stay. When we checked out we were again "slapped in the face" because the manager informs us she can only offer a 20% discount. I ask is not having hot water for over half of our stay worth only 20%? I don't think so, but apparently they do. We will never stay with them again ever (in any location), and will share with as many as possible our experience so hopefully more will boycott this company and its lack of customer appreciation!”

“Rooms: The rooms are very clean, nice smelling and non carpeted so after a day of traveling it feels great on the feetNoteworthy details: The AC and heating in the room was phenomenal. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of with a uhaul trailer”
