My Ford Edge's engine was replaced in Colorado after a water pump failure during vacation. The initial installation failed, requiring a second engine and three months of waiting. Upon finally receiving the vehicle, I was told the online warranty system would handle everything should a problem arise and no paperwork was needed. However, after 20,000 miles, an oil leak emerged from the timing chain cover. My local Kansas dealership revealed the warranty hadn't been activated due to missing paperwork required from the service department. The first dealership claimed ignorance despite charging over $7,000 for the engine and failing to activate the warranty. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They caused undue stress and left me with a defective engine and no warranty.

I stopped by this morning when they opened and the manager John said his service appointment schedule was full. I was able to ask him some questions and he offered me advice to fix my main problem and also helped with a few other minor tasks like checking fluids and a door issue that was preventing it from being opened. Based on his pure hospitality and genuine interest in helping out a customer passing through town, I'll give them 5 stars. Thank you again!

Called needing a car part, was supposed to get it delivered the next day, instead it needed to be picked up. Once we arrived. they couldn’t find the piece that is needed. That is down right low quality service, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re in a emergency at all.Edit to owner: The piece was a upper Radiator hose for 2011 fiesta 1.6L. This has taken place within the last 2 days.

We took our car to get looked at because we are having transmission issues and to have a oil change. The only thing they did was the oil change. I still can't leave town because they wont look to see what is wrong with our car to get it fixed.

Jon, Bob, the ladies, and mechanic have gone out of their way to help us after we had major transmission problems traveling to Kentucky. We left our truck their indefinitely until it can be repaired. We are confident they will get the job done. Jon even came in after church today to help us transfer everything in our truck to our rental truck. We could tell that everyone there was concerned and truly wanted to help us! Thanks to everyone at Burlington Ford-Lincoln!

Excellent customer service. We arrived after close when Jon Lind helped us replace our tire when we had a blow out I-70. Kindness like this is so uncommon. I highly recommend taking your business here as you will be treated with custom service that goes above and beyond.

The ABS and traction control light came on in my 18 f150. I went in the dealership at 430 in a panic. They pulled it in and found the hub bearing was bad. I explained to them I was headed south with an oversize load and had to get back on the road. They did an emergency warranty and had me on the road the next morning. I can't say enough about the customer service. Big thankyou to the service tech, parts department and thankyou Shannon you guys went above and beyond!!

Awesome service. I stopped here on Saturday to fix my gas leak at engine compartment for my range rover, manager Jon and other staff was very helpful and worked tirelessly to fix the issue for more than 6 hrs on weekend. I was so happy and they helped me to get back on road.Thank you so much Jon and team.

Very friendly and helpful employees. They worked late for me to get me on the road. I have a land rover broke down near the Burlington exit and they checked the issue and immediately called Land rover to make sure if I am covered under warranty before they even start working on fixing my car. I would definitely suggest this business because I have never seen reasonable prices for the work and every employee is very friendly and patient.
