“My son was traveling home to Arkansas when a bracket piece came undone and was dragging under his car. They took him in right away and even showed him that he has a oil leak. They not only got my car in and DONE by Saturday but they helped me find a local guy that had a rental vehicle so I didn't miss a weekend with the family. I was able to ask him some questions and he offered me advice to fix my main problem and also helped with a few other minor tasks like checking fluids and a door issue that was preventing it from being opened. Based on his pure hospitality and genuine interest in helping out a customer passing through town, I'll give them 5 stars. Thank you again!”

“We were driving to North Carolina when we lost our brakes due to a ruptured brake line and lost all braking power. Trevor at Loves Travel Center suggested Vinces GM Center for repairs. We slowly drove there and the service manager took our van in immediately and work began. The Technician had to fabricate the part needed to repair the ruptured brake line. Although it took all day, we were able to leave that afternoon. The service department staff offered us transportation to get something to eat, and directed us to a nearby park to exercise our dogs. They also kept us informed of the progress of the repair and apologized for how long it was taking. Knowing the job was done right was our biggest concern, and it was. We finished our trip with no problems. We would highly recommend Vince's GM Center for a JD Power award for their excellent repair service and customer satisfaction.”
