“Our Ram 1500 was towed to the shop due to the damage of rear differential. The shop put an order for the parts first thing in the morning and helped us found a good used one to save a lot of money. The parts delivery got delayed due to a series mistake of the shipping company. As we were travelling from Toronto, Grant and the staff understood that we were hoping to fix the truck as soon as possible. Grant sent an employee driving 400miles, about 7 hour to Denver and Goodland to get the parts, instead of having us waiting for another 4 days for delivering. After getting the parts, the staff worked overtime to put them on. After all these efforts, the shop did not charge any extra fees. Thank you Grant, thank you Cathy and thank you all in the shop. You and people in Burlington make Burlington a special place for us.”
“My son was traveling home to Arkansas when a bracket piece came undone and was dragging under his car. They took him in right away and even showed him that he has a oil leak. They topped off his oil and sent him on his way with NO charge. I am so grateful that there are still people who will help their fellow man. Thank you so much for taking care of my son!!”
“Had a trailer tire blowout at 4:30 AM. This place was the only place open sooner than 8AM. got a tire from them, (I already had wheel and tire off) they mounted and balanced very fast. got back on the road just to blow the same tire again 4 miles down the road due to trailer damage I could not see that early in the morning. found another tire and then was able to identify the damage, when i asked these guys if they could fix it, they recommended me to a close by welding shop to help us on our trip from Colorado Springs, to Tennessee. Really appreciate the fast work and great recommendations and help these guys gave us. also am thankful they were open slightly sooner than everyone else. We made the rest of the trip problem free, Thanks guys.”
“Scott and Luis were a joy to work with. Drive shaft was on the ground on Friday and I was trying to get to Kansas for the weekend. No one else could get me in for weeks. They not only got my car in and DONE by Saturday but they helped me find a local guy that had a rental vehicle so I didn't miss a weekend with the family. Above and beyond, I would buy a vehicle from, or have any repair needed from this place. Amazing service and nice gentlemen.”
“Bought a power steering pump for my pickup. Several said buy from Ford better. Parts guy order it went picked it up put it on. Last a few days and went out. Called him said was not under warranty because they didn't put it on. Said part put on by customer not under warranty. I have called the "manager" John 3x. That guy is in more meeting, and never calls back. I contacted 2 other for dealers they said they are wrong. Have always hear this place is a JOKE. Now i know why. Stay away from them. Still waiting for call back.”
“Rolled in with issues with rear bearings in Lily. Got to me the next day. Parked on extra lot across the street from shop that is their property also. Job well done, very reasonable, especially for a "passer-thru"! ?? I do highly recommend the shop!!”
“Shout out to Vince GM Center, GOD BLESS YOU ALL! We are from Missouri and headed to Montrose and started having issues with the DEF in our new Z71 duramax. Drove up to the service department and they took is right in. The tech was able reprogram the system and get us back on the road within the hour. The service man and tech listened to our problem, diagnosed it, and fixed it. You folks in Burlington are very blessed to have such a great dealership in your area!! Thanks guys?”

“AAA towed my car here for repairs when it suddenly stuttered and died on the CO/KS border. I was frustrated when the next morning they told me they actually don’t do repairs, just towing. They weren’t able to help with my vehicle, but they really came through for me where they could when I needed help so I’m still giving 5 stars. Thank you guys!”
