It’s nice to do business with a company who has great customer service. From the attention to detail from to office, to when William came out today to do the start up for our system. It was great watching someone who not only has a lifetime of experience, but you could see the pride taken in the simple yet overlooked tasks to do something right. I appreciated his attention to detail and time taken to educate me to on needed items to maintain our system. Many thanks to all at Valley Precast!

Had a maintenance agreement for over 10 years with Valley Precast. We experienced some issues with our services and problems with our system. John made sure to respond to our frustrations and come to a resolution to get our system back up with regularly scheduled maintenance.

Zero ethics here, they will turn their back on you when the installer does it wrong. Just to keep their money. Their man showed me a problem, told me it was worth bringing it up to the installer, but when it came time to MAN up, they abandoned me. WEAK! I'm stuck now with their product installed incorrectly and they turned their back on me, the customer.
