I really tried giving them the benefit of the doubt as we all know they’re short staffed. But when I have had multiple packages marked as “Delivery attempted” because they’re too lazy to attempt the delivery before the night ends.. it gets quite frustrating. I understand they have a lot of packages to deliver, but maybe just be honest instead of saying they attempted a delivery when they clearly never did. They need to figure something out as everyone is getting beyond frustrated with this place.

Wow, I never know how a Post Office can get such a bad rap. My experience was the complete opposite. The lady at the desk seem to know everybody by name and they were all happy to see her. Then she spoke with my like I was her long lost friend. She helped me get my hiker box and wished me a good hike.

Have to wait 30+ minutes in line because of no staff. Postmaster MIA. One clerk can only handle so much volume. Where is the so-called Postmaster? Horrible service and not staff problem, but postmaster has no clue what the words "efficient service" mean. He needs to go!

By far the worst postal service available. They’ll say you weren’t home but you were in the living room waiting. They’ll tell you your package is delivered but it never shows up, and you won’t see a dime of your money back. I would recommend contacting your merchant and request that they ship via UPS or FedEx, if something goes wrong you can go to the BBB and they will resolve it whereas usps will tell you to screw yourself.

I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but my wife and I have ordered a few things in the past couple months. 9 times out of 10 the delivery says delivered and its not here until days later if it shows up at all. Other times there is no issue at all. I’d appreciate some common courtesy of not stating its delivered if it’s not actually delivered. I understand not being able to complete a delivery throughout the day if you are slammed with packages… but marking the package as delivered is not the correct answer in my opinion. ??♂️

They will not deliver my package. This is considered theft and a violation of federal law. If a package is delivered to the post office, it must be delivered to the address rather than withheld for no valid reason.

While the institution, its processes and resources leave a bit to be desired, the staff in BV is wonderful. They have made me feel heard and have taken great care to find a missing package (in time for Fathers Day!), and have done so with the personal attention and professionalism that offsets the downsides of the large institution they work for. Thank you BV postal workers!!

This place is absolutely terrible and all of the workers here are horrible as well. They will deliver my packages to the wrong address and then I will get my package for weeks later. Or I have to contact Amazon and I will never get my package at all. What kind of service is this? You guys seriously need to learn how to deliver packages!!!

Horrible service. I have always been told by every post office person that packages are deliverable to the house through the post office. I have had no problems with them delivering packages to my front porch Intel now then I go in and tell them that they delivered one package yesterday, but not the other. Debbie at the front desk tells me that it is an undeliverable address and that the carrier didn’t need to deliver it there. They almost sent back a part that was non-returnable to the sender. And would’ve cost me all of that money. It is strange that they would deliver one package, but not the other. I do have another package that was supposed to be delivered today but they’re not going to deliver it because it is a “undeliverable” address city funny because both my neighbors right next to me can get their mail just fine and I’m not even a three minute drive from the post office I really wish that the government side of the post office would actually get on their stuff and look at their staffing.
