Damien was a lifesaver! We got caught in some heavy rain on a long drive south to go camping when the wiper blades that had just been installed at another nameless auto parts store flew off the car(!)
Damien helped us find some affordable, high quality new wiper blades without any up-sell, kindly installed them for us, and had us back on the road in under 5 minutes.

Parts stores have changed a lot since I sold auto parts in the early 2000's. In a small mountain town in Colorado. Not for the better.

My truck blew a rear main seal in Buena Vista, Far Far from home.I needed to buy oil to pour into my engine to be able to locate the source of the leak, so I walked to the O'Reilly's. The Staff and manager Stacy there were extremely helpful, and since I was a passerby in this small town, they took the time to look up and provide me with contacts and phone numbers of local repair shops and a towing company. The information provided was not only helpful, but vital. The kindness and professionalism that was demonstrated was also a stress-reliever in my time of need.I really appreciate the team there at this O'Reilly's Auto.

I came once for a taillight bulb. I didn't bring the bulb, was sold the wrong one. Second time, I come in WITH my blown bulb. Guy sells me the wrong one. 3rd time! That's right, 3rd time, I go get the bulb myself. Worst experience at ANY oreillys. I drive a lot and have visited many different ones, this is the worst customer service!

Go to NAPA down the road instead. The staff are more courteous and straightforward. And they don't smoke weed outside on their breaks.

ALWAYS FREE: Check engine light reading, battery charging or changing, testing starters, alternators, dumping oil, putting on wipers, checking fluid levels on vehicles, changing light bulbs, and we can assist with tire plugs and tire chains.

Had the most wonderful experience in Buena Vista, CO Oreilly's. They were so helpful and had a lot of experience when it comes to cars and automotive. The manager Katie was amazing and was very knowledgeable about some of the issues with my vehicle. Would totally recommend this business at anytime. I love how they are open on sundays till 7:00pm such a lifesaver!
