One of the best experience with a car repair. Reception was amazing. We were stuck in Buena Vista before Xmas with a sound on one of the wheel. These guys maintain our fleet of 4 service vehicles, and just finished replacing a transmission that went out on our Chevy 2500 HD. Highly recommend and it’s worth the wait if you plan ahead. I’ve know them 20 years and am always beyond satisfied when they’re done. Thanks John and Sean!

I was moving from Maine to Arizona and planned to stop in Buena Vista to visit family/friends. The day prior to arrival my battery light came on. I luckily made it to Buena Vista and my alternator completely went out. Jon took care of me very fast and at a very good price. Professional and very polite. If I could I was always bring my vehicle here.

I've had my 2006 Honda Element serviced by MJ Auto Repair for the last seven years. Always quality service at a very fair price. You'll need to schedule in advance, but it's worth it. Highly recommend this business.

MJ Auto is a really great mechanic. He's honest, friendly and straight forward. All the work he has done on our vehicles has lasted even years later. MJ is our only mechanic and also the only mechanic we have been able to trust. I'm sure there are other good and honest mechanics out there but we went through 4 unpleasent experiences before we found MJ Auto. So if you find a good honest mechanic, you should stay with them because it's no fun and expensive to put your vehicle in the wrong hands. If you go through MJ Auto you get to skip on all the guess work of wondering if you made the right choice. Just wish we would have went through MJ from the beggining.

The gentlemen helped me no questions asked. They were friendly, amicable people who did honest work. They didn’t charge me a whole lot, they kept me updated on the ETA of when they’d finish, and put me first despite the dozen other cars I saw in their lot at the time. Traveling from Montrose to Denver, we had a problem with our diesel truck in Buena Vista. Although John was not able to correct the issue (which was MAJOR) due to time, he was willing to inspect the vehicle immediately & was so helpful to offer his knowledge & advise us how to best handle the circumstances that we could safely get back home.
