“I drive from Florissant to Rocky Mountain Lumber and Hardware (about 11/2 hours) whenever I really need help figuring out a how-to project. I'm eager to learn but not very experienced, and I've never received such careful attention to detail from sales people. When I was in yesterday, I went away with a sketch, 4 of the screws I needed to use, and a star bit. No charge. Happily the salesman and I found some large screw eyes I needed, so I was able to buy something! I am a 75 year old woman and these guys treat me like an ace handyman who will be in frequently for supplies. It's just fun to walk in the door. I'll be back. Now I have to go hang some laundry on the clothesline I put up.”
