Not only do we finally have a CrossFit gym in BV, but it's top-notch. Great owners & coaches that know what they're doing, and go the extra distance to help their clients stay healthy, strong & in the gym.

Love this crossfit gym! Walter and Lauren are great coaches and are willing to work with if you for anything you might need to scale or change up in a work out! The people here are friendly and welcoming!
