2nd time in two months I've paid for 2 day delivery only for FedEx to take 7 days the first time and on day 5 this go around, after ordering on Monday (currently Thursday). Package was estimated to be delivered between 9:40 a.m. and 1:40 p.m., it was received at the BV FedEx at 8:23 a.m. it's now 6:44 p.m. with a "delayed" status. What's the point of offering and charging for a service you can't provide? Considering customers hands are tied no matter how incompetent FedEx is, at least voices can be heard through their tanking review ratings.

Every time l've spoken with Ann at FedEx BV she has been so helpful. She has top notch customer service skills. She listens, empathizes, problem solves, and uses clear communication. Ann is a huge asset to FedEx BV. Thank you, Ann!

I didn't receive 3 orders from Sam's Club, 2 of which were ordered in November. Sam's is sending me replacement orders, hoping I get them when anticipated. Also, the manager of this facility did come up with two of the missing orders an hour after I spoke with Sam's. I refused them because Sam's was already sending me replacements and I didn't want to have to send any packages back. The manager was not rude when he came to my house but instead of apologizing he just made excuses, i.e, the road had too much snow on it for his trucks to drive up. A bald-faced lie unless he was driving with bald tires. He also made excuses for out of town drivers. If they can't find the address the first time, they would/should go back to the distribution center and get help. He also told me that he only became aware of my problems with FedEx after I made calls. There is something wrong with this distribution facility. Maybe FedEx should establish a quality control program. FedEx lately has been anything but "Express." And...I still don't have my orders.

They said they delivered our package in Buena Vista Colorado on a day and time that we were home but no one came to our door. The proof of delivery photo was so dark you couldn’t make out any of the details. When we inquired about it, the driver said he placed it in the storage locker. We don’t have a storage locker and no know else on our road has one. It seems fairly obvious they are not being truthful.

Laziest bunch of people around. Don't deliver on weekends, and delay delivery for any little thing. Also, almost impossible to reach because they can't handle customers, so they use the foreign workers (1800) instead of owning up to their own inadequacy.

Miserable excuse for a delivery service. FedEx can get a package from California to Buena Vista, Colorado in three days, where it will then bounce around in their truck for another three days while their driver lies about "not being able to deliver" or tries to claim that "they weren't home" It is infuriating to stay at home all day for an item that requires a signature and is reported to you as "Out for delivery" Especially when they do it three days in a row!!! Avoid deliveries through FedEx Buena Vista at all costs.

I have to be straight forward FedEx is declining nationally and it's obvious. Times are getting worse and worse. I've had people at this location pre-sign as the receiver. Mind you this was for a firearm. Showed up to the FFL dealer after fedex showed delivery and found the firearm wasn't even there. This place is a pain to say the least. This is the kind of fedex to say out for delivery. And just never show up.

I have received 6 days of notices that my package will be delivered first in the morning, then another notification that it will arrive by end of day...never delivered. Then a noticed saying it's been delayed...this is the worst delivery service ever. It's ridiculous to even call yourself a service. Delivery failure would be more like it.

They “attempted” delivery for four business days and I was home all day with no one attempting to deliver my package. I reached out multiple times to find out why, added delivery instructions etc. and nothing worked. They returned my package to sender. They even had my phone number on the order and did not call for anything. They also posted on tracking that I requested a later delivery, which I did not.

Absolutely terrible. I live behind a ranch gate, so couldn't sign for a package. I was walking up the driveway waving as the delivery truck drove away. Now I have to apparently wait in the snow for the delivery for the 5 hour window for when they say the second attempt will take place. No options for when the delivery time would be or if I could simple pick it up the next day at the fedex place in Buena Vista. UPS sends a text so I can meet them at the gate... It's 2023, how can you not contact your driver? Thanks for totally screwing my day.
