You are in good hands” is what a local businessman said to me when I told him what agent was helping me in my search for a home. That businessman was totally correct. Bill proved to be knowledgeable about the region’s market value, stood fast on ethical principles, and always immediately responded to our questions and concerns.
The first house we walked through we considered making an offer. Bill was alert and noticed a major misrepresentation of the square footage. He handled the situation professionally and gave us wise guidance. As it turned out, we found another home that was much better suited to our needs.
From making an offer on our future home all the way to the closing, Bill was cheerful and obliging. Several times he met me at the house so I could meet with remodeling contractors and the inspector.
Even though Bill is a busy realtor due to his stellar reputation, he gave us his full attention. His office also provided us with a useful, detailed list of due dates and obligations. In an extremely competitive market it was a blessing to work with an experienced, trustworthy, and professional agent.

Exceeded Expectations Once Again. I bought a piece of land a few years ago and unexpectedly wanted to sell it this year. Without a doubt, I knew Bill was my "go to" realtor. With a knowledgeable assessment of the comparable lots, he gave me a price range. He also indicated that land was not moving quickly because of the increase of interest rates; however, when I told him I wanted to set the price a bit higher than the highest end of the range, he supported my decision. The posting showed the beautiful views of the Collegiate Range from the lot.
Imagine our surprise and delight when, after less than two weeks, he called saying he had received a full price, cash offer. We were both delighted.
Bill helped shepherd me through the closing process and informed me of the current hazards regarding fraud and how it is affecting real estate transactions. He made sure I was sending and receiving emails through a secure network that the title company uses.
One of the perks of working with Collegiate Peaks Realty is that the lines of communication are always open. If I called or texted Bill or his office, the calls were always answered immediately or returned within a few minutes. Tracy was also very helpful.
Bill's style is one of openness, grace, and one feels like he is a friend who has one's back. He clearly loves his job, and this couples well with his depth of knowledge and love of Chaffee County. It is difficult to imagine another realtor exceeding the skill and knowledge that Bill brings to the real estate market. Thank you, Bill!

Everything you'd want in a real estate agent! Bill was completely on-the-ball during the whole process of buying our home. He was quick to show us the homes in your price range, provided sensible advice, worked with our complicated schedules, met contractors at the house we made an offer on, since we were out-of-town at the time, dotted all the "i"s and crossed all the "t"s in the contracts, was patient with our questions, and on top of all that, was really fun to work with. We did not purchase a very expensive property, for BV standards, and Bill treated us as if we were high-end buyers. His integrity and work ethic really stood out. I couldn't recommend Bill more highly.
