I would have normally given the Pharmacy a five star, but today I walked in to pick up my prescription and this lady with glasses pops her head out of the door and says what do I want we are closing. I look at her and said well I came to pick up a prescription and she says ok then hurry up. A younger girl got my prescription rang me up, then the pharmacists comes up laughing and states if I have any questions I could call him. I assume they were getting ready to close for lunch, but you don't treat customers like that. As a RN I would never treat my patients like that. We all have bad days, but you project that on to your customers.

I love this small City Market on Highway 24 in Buena Vista! The people that work here are extremely helpful! Dawn and Bernie were my personal helpers last week to help me find Dryer Sheets and butane lighters! Thank you ladies for making me feel special!

Sometimes they are great and sometimes they can be just rude if you ask a question like “do you think this prescription can be done today?” Simple question but it’s like your bothering them when your the customer.

On vacation and needed a refill.... First I used the automated system that told me it would be ready at 3:30 so I drove 45 min from my location on the Colorado Trail to pick it up- they didn't have it Next day called to see if had arrived and was told they still didn't have it in and had no way of knowing. It could be tomorrow or three weeks from now SERIOUSLY?!? I find it hard to believe that this level of incompetence is at a company as large as city market Very disappointed

Don't bother scheduling a vaccination appointment, as they'll take walk ins in the order they come in, even if you have an appointment, you still have to wait. So much for keeping a schedule.

I want to know if people or associates are getting sick in the store. The only place I have been in the last month is your store. I worry for 5 days after I leave and right now I am on day 4 with a very bad sore throat. No fever, or cough but I am so anxious and I can't find any information about how safe the store is. We live in fairplay and, while we are stocked on canned goods, we needed to get fresh produce, dairy and meat.
