Sean (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was so beyond helpful. My friend and I got a flat a few weekends ago and we were miraculously able to make it to BV on our spare. Every tire shop and mechanic for 20 miles was closed until Monday (we came in on Saturday). Sean went out of his way to call multiple shops for us and was able to find someone at a small gas station in Salina to patch our tire. If it were not for Sean’s kindness and dedication we would have been sleeping in our car until Monday… Can’t express our gratitude enough, thanks Sean!!

Sold me the wrong part for my vehicle. Windshield wiper. When I returned it, there was no remorse for my wasted time. The clerk searched, confirmed it was the wrong part, and that they were out of stock for the right part. Did the initial sales guy unload some stock on me, or was he just incompetent? Doesn't matter, I wasted my time going there.

They have always been courteous and helpful. My only complaint is it's a bit pricey and not a huge selection but that is expected in a small town in the heart of the mountains.

I bought a battery here a little over a month ago. Its been tested and it's dead. The battery says the month and year of purchase plus the car quest sticker on it.. The man at the counter says nothing can be done without a receipt even though it's obviously a carquest battery. Then proceeds to tell me he's OK without my business. I have a fleet of 74 vehicles in this valley.. looks like Napa wins
