They are con artist. Locked my keys in my vehicle and someone shows up in there own vehicle wearing normal street clothes. Nothing that had the name of the company. The man then tells me it will cost this amount to retrieve my keys inside my vehicle. When I said that was expensive the gentleman then said he would do it cheaper if I were to just pay him and he didn't have the kit with him that he left it at home and he would run and get it and I would be able to just pay him cash.

Alpine Towing came to our rescue today. They were quick to the scene, friendly and very professional. Our recovery only took 20 minutes. I would highly recommend them.

Alpine Towing took it apon themselves to sell a single mother raising her 4 year old Grandaughter a 2006 Murcury Mountaineer that is a total lemon. She paid 3,500 for it and it needs over 6,000 dollars in work. Its not even safe to drive according to her mechanic. She gave them all of her savings that took her years to put together. The vehicle was so she could take her Grandaughter to Denver to see her family. She promissed her Grandaughter that once she got a reliable car that she would be able to see her mother. The seat belts are litterally cut in half. They dont have to watch her Grandchild cry everytime she asks if she gets to see her mom. They also dont have to watch the Grandmother and Grandchild cry with eachother because the Grandaughter doesnt understand why she cant see her mom and the Grandmother cries because see feels terrible about it as well. This happens on a regular basis and makes me sick to my stomach that someone could do this to someone. Alpine Towing said they would make it right if there was more work than the car was worth and didnt and wont even answer her calls. What kind of a person would do that to someone that is barely making it the way it is. Her job is also on the line because she cant make it to the baby sitters to go to work. They cost her more than they will ever know. I have no idea how she will even keep a roof over their head because Alpine Towing to all the money she had and also made it to where she doesnt even have a car to even just get back and fourth. What Alpine Towing did to her is absolutely horrible and sickening.

Great service & fast. The owner really bailed me out of a tough situation. I had a dead battery 5 miles in on a forest service road. He came and got me going. Very fair price too, considering how far off the paved road I was.Service: Battery service

Really fast answer and to get a tow from Salida all the way back to Hartsel in under a hour and a half for full wait time and tow combined... I just have to say thanks as a local I know who to call now!

Such quick and friendly service. Our truck needed to be towed from the Hecla Junction campground, and these guys had someone there within a few hours!

They were really fast. We called them and they were there within 15 mins. He also picked is up from our hotel before going to the place where our car was stuck in the snow.
