If zero could be an option it would be. What a long, exhausting, pointless Saturday evening we had. After looking at multiple (local to us) dealerships we found online they had the exact truck we were looking at. They advertised a great financing deal as well (1.9% for 72 months) on their website. So prior to driving 1.5 hours one way, we called to make sure the truck was on lot and that they would honor their advertised rate on this specific truck. We were told yes (as long as we met criteria) so headed on our way to fort Morgan. We got there, my husband drove the truck, and we started on negotiating/finalizing everything. After we told them our idea payment, what rate we wanted, and everything else, they pulled our credit and informed us we were good to go (actually came in at a lower monthly price including the warranty/gap insurance) and had us shake saying we would be going through with this deal. Our sales lady went and personally detailed the truck, got gas, and we were about to finish the final paperwork. Then the finance manager comes out after being there forever and says “so we found out we cannot give you the special ford financing rates on this truck as it is excluded from this promotion. We can try to get you financed through wells Fargo at a 7.9% rate”. We were furious… we had spent well over 3 hours, with our young kids, at this dealership after CALLING AHEAD OF TIME to confirm this rate would work on this truck. Instead of looking into it properly they said yes, wasted hours of our time, pulled credit and then couldn’t actually do what they said they could. Disappointed is an understatement. They do not properly look into things prior to making deals. I wouldn’t waste your time here and I will NOT recommend anyone to them.

Went to test drive a vehicle in Brush was directed to a overflow lot in Fort Morgan that was a muddy mess and the vehicle was filthy, we left our vehicle at the dirt lot to test drive the Bronco and were directed to stop at the Jeep dealership in Morgan, I tried to get a written price but was told verbally they could sell at sticker, we decided to sleep on it and asked to be taken back to our car, we sat in a vehicle for 15 minutes while the sales associate was being fired! Finally another sales person showed up and asked what we were doing we explained we had been sitting waiting for a ride back he went inside and came back out and finally took us back to our car to leave. I tried to get an owners contact information to let them know how unprofessional their management was especially after I looked at a new Silver RAM TRX truck IN sterling’s dealership was denied a test drive and told I could only look inside it, even after purchasing 4 new pickups from Korf previously for my electrical fleet, UNFORTUNATELY they would never give me any owner contact information and as a business owner I would want to know how unprofessional my staff was.

We are a young couple from the Sandhills of Nebraska, where honesty, good morals, and high quality products are all normal and expected. Knowing a lovely, genuine couple from Brush and trusting their opinion of Brush as a wonderful small town and myself having gone to college in Fort Morgan, we expected these same values from Korf Ford in small town Brush. We have always bought used vehicles from trusted dealerships and never had immediate issues. When we found a used 2016 Ford Expedition from Korf Ford in Brush, we immediately trusted that they were people of good moral and my husband and a friend traveled 3 hours from Nebraska to CO to check out the vehicle. They had it parked very close to another vehicle to try to hide a taped medium dent with chipped paint and that leaks water when it rains. The black tape came off when they washed it while my husband was signing the paperwork. They never disclosed this issue to us prior. My husband drove it around town prior to buying it but the second he got it on the interstate on the way home the whining noise from the rear end started. Inside issues: missing vent cover, broken sunglasses holder/overhead light, and filthy (had not been detailed). We have always bought used vehicles and never been sold one in this condition. I called the next day and was told all they could do was detail it, which we weren’t going to drive 3 hours back to have done. They also tried blaming it on their sister dealership in Fort Collins, whom I called and they were very friendly, said they had done an oil change on it but it was Korf’s responsibility to detail and for the integrity of the vehicle. We have since had the whining noise addressed and have spent thousands on having the rear differential fixed, and had it not been fixed, could’ve locked up on us on the interstate and caused a wreck with our family of 6 in it. I have called Korf Ford in Brush 6 times in the last month to cancel our warranty and talk to the manager about the quality of vehicle that was sold to us and have not yet received a call back. We are very upset, thoroughly disappointed and very saddened that anyone could sell a vehicle in the state to someone with a clear conscience.

Tony Peckham has been my go to car guy as long as I can remember. He has always treated us fairly and never made us feel like we’re getting hustled. True empathy in a car dealer is rare, but once you find Tony, he sticks with you.

Called about a sale they were having. The guy was completely rude and acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. He wasn’t willing to help nor seemed to care. Maybe they shouldn’t post signs saying sale if they aren’t prepared for a sale!
