They were so kind and genuine and supportive, they didn’t make me feel obligated to buy anything at all— instead they were so friendly, I left to look at another store and immediately went back because I would rather spend my money with them! “I had a really delightful time at Chico's! Cheryl (maybe Sheryl) spent an hour helping me find a few outfits to wear for my new job. She really made me feel seen and appreciated as a person, which made me feel so good. Cheryl figured out my style and encouraged me to try different things to see what else might look good. She could see that I was sticking around the clearance racks, so she did too!I really felt like I was shopping with a really knowledgeable friend, or maybe even my own mother. I found a lot of clothes that looked great on my short but curvy frame. I look fun, youthful, and professional, and everything I tried on was COMFORTABLE! I went in to buy one outfit and I came out with three, all because of the wonderful help and customer service I received.I would definitely recommend this shop to a friend. Speedy work at the register getting us rung up and checked out within mere seconds. Perfect execution in his performance, would visit H&M, Broomfield, CO again.”

“Tatiana at the Clinique skin care counter is very knowledgable and helpful. She will give you assistance in skin tone matching for your foundation. Her other suggestions for products were solid as well. The other associates in the store provided good service as well, esp. pick up/returns desk, and fine jewelry. Only issue? Watch your receipts for accuracy, and check small packages to make sure the item is actually inside! Check online pick-up purchases as well. I endured a few issues, but they were fixed graciously. The beauty manager Rashesh is the best!”

“Average hot topic experience. Lots of cool candy and selection of plushies and other merch. Conveniently located on the first floor of the mall.More of a brand issue, but there’s not a single smaller shirt in the store (one that would fit like a women’s small or medium for other brands), which I find extremely frustrating.”

“When I was a teen me and my stepmom would go there so much! I loved it so much... then the name changed and so did the environment. Attic Salt wiped away all the memories I had there. I was in shock. The employees were all nice but they changed my perspective. To me it used to be a fun shop, now it is just a... punky, bad, teen vibe. It has cool stuff I must admit. I want to know though...where did Fuego go?”

“Came here after reading reviews and didn’t get the same experience. Juan was very helpful, got multiple different shoe sizes from the back for me and checked on me in the fitting room. There was also a blonde girl whose name I didn’t catch. She was very sweet and helped me figure out a different shoe style to wear with my dress. I can’t speak for the other employees but those two were great!”
