A few years ago I got a set of 4 tires from the warehouse to replace mine. This time I had a screw in my tire. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes.”

I went in for breaks and not only was that done fast and affordably he had also pointed out the problem I’ve been curious about and was unsure of (being a broken wheel bearing) He then pointed out and showed me exactly where the problem was, how to confirm that problem, explained what would happen if not fixed and then fixed the bearing in an impressive amount of time. “Wow! What an incredible experience with discount tires. I had to get new tires through Hertz Fleet maintenance, and was not able to get them with another tire company. Discount tires came in and immediately got me set up quickly with a great set of tires. However, Hertz fleet maintenance, then came back and told me that I wasn’t allowed to do that, so I had to come and get a special exemption to return the tires that I’d had on just a very short period of time. I know it had to be difficult for the company to deal with this, but they made it right and Darian and Jose were absolutely amazing at helping me out making me feel understood and taking care of a very difficult situation. I will always bring my tire needs to these guys, and I suggest you do as well.”
“I called to make an appointment to have front tires put on my RV. I was assured they were in stock. Called on the day of my appointment to confirm and was told I could come earlier. Worked with Zach. He, and other staff were very friendly and knowledgable. The job was completed and I received a heartfelt “I appreciate you!” From Zach and my RV was delivered by another very friendly man! The facility was clean and seemed very professional. The install didn't go as smoothly as I would have hoped due to no fault on DTs part, but rather to an absent-minded tow truck driver.
My car was blocked in by said tow truck pushing my scheduled install time out. I was not pleased. I made my displeasure known. Rather than brush it off as just one bad customer experience, Mark, the store manager, turned it around for me, proving that Discount Tire understands the loyalty of a lifelong customer and the art of creating a positive customer service experience.
Yes, things may not go smoothly, so be prepared for that. In turn, you can rest assured that Mark and his team will do everything in their power to make sure you're happy when you drive off.
Shout-out to Jeremy who along with two other guys worked very quickly to make up for lost time during the install. Despite my scowl and insistent hovering, he was nothing but pleasant. He truly has a heart of gold.
