Ended up having to wash my car myself after spending $42 at waterway. The interior was not clean at all, license plate was all bent up, they didn't even touch the cargo area even though I paid $4 extra to get that cleaned. Exterior was still plenty dirty in a lot of areas. Also found out too late that $42 doesn't even include an undercarriage wash. Tires were plenty dirty too; it looked like they were putting tire shine on other people's tires but not mine. Not sure if that was a fluke or I just bought the wrong package, but I expect way better service for the price I paid. Definitely not coming back here

Not a fan of a machine telling me how to drive in the tunnel and the equipment seems a bit dated. Service seemed a bit confusing not knowing if the vacuums could be used without paying for full service or not. Not a bad wash but not one I'd run back to.

Softest twizzlers I've ever had. Nice customer service. Not a huge selection of snacks and only slightly convenient to get to and leave from.

Paid $30 for an interior clean and they did not clean out the cup holders or door handles. They didn’t dust my interior console. I don’t think it was worth $30! Not happy with my service.

Streaks all over my interior. Still spots on windows. Outside wash did not clean well at all. Had to go home and recleaj it myself.

This place is great! very nice staff! Thorough Machine touch wash. then those kids do a great job cleaning/vacuuming the interior. their $50 'everything" wash is well worth it, the ceramic stuff really makes my car shine! good, quick, friendly, reasonably priced and friendly! My 09 300C looking Sharp!

Seems to be a lower quality experience than several years ago, at a higher price point, with no rain guarantee offered now. That was a nice selling point.

Not great. Yesterday I got a basic car wash on the exterior. The dryer didn’t dry any of the water so I had to while it all down. While doing so I noticed that my car was still super dirty so it was a waste of money if you ask me. I know I paid for the cheapest one but I would expect to not have to scrub my car after(the car was just dusty to begin with nothing major)
