My aunt got an oil change here. She saw the guy that worked on her car leave his shift after finishing her car, 5 minutes later her car keys are nowhere. The workers can’t find it for her to leave. Which the mechanic who had just left, accidentally left it in his pocket. He left work with my aunts car keys, she can’t leave. Car was locked. Other co workers were trying to call him, he did not answer several calls. The workers knew he took it by mistake. My aunt and the workers looked around for a HALF hour, while waiting for me to show up with a spare, and waiting for the worker who accidentally took the key to ANSWER BACK TO BACK CALLS FROM WORK. My aunt was able to get home from the spare I brought, aunt was called the next day and told key was found. The auto workers there said the mechanic never had it, it was in their key bowl the whole time. That’s not true. The key bowl was the first thing checked. Key. Bowl. Where keys go. The ignorant mistake was one thing, lying about it the next day added a whole other level. All respect was lost after where it was ‘found’ Mind you, they got to the point in the search for the key that they were checking places it WOULDN’T be, because what else do you do at that point? People make mistakes. We get it. Own it, don’t lie to your customers to cover yourselves. I’m still blown away.

Shannon was a godsend today! He went above and beyond to help me get a new battery, and get my Jeep running again. He installed it for me and cleaned up my connectors, too. I haven’t had exceptionally great service like that in a long time.

Very pleasant and efficient service. I made an appointment, but didn't need to since they were not busy. I normally do my own services, but had to get this done quickly. Very nice techs and they followed my requirements to a tee. Very convenient and inexpensive. Also brought in a flat tire that had to be remounted. Quick and easy.

I wished to change motor oil.I generally do it by myself. However, the oil sump nut was too tight this time so cannot handle it with my limited tool.So I decide to visit here.I prepared oil filter, 0w30 and 5w30 synthetic oil. They don't want to change the oil with my stuff. In my opinion, mixing 0w30 and 5w30 is not a big deal. or it make s trouble like skip to taking multivitamin pill for one day. They maybe have not enough knowledge about their job.

Justice had excellent customer service skills and was able to help me out beyond what I was asking for, as he got a lug nut out of a socket that I was sure wasn’t going to come out. Shannon and Christian were also phenomenal in their efforts of customer service.

I got a flat tire in the mountains over a holiday weekend, and Broomfield Walmart Auto Care Center was able to get my tires swapped out same-day even without an appointment. Everyone was so helpful and nice.

Got a nail in my tire and needed it fixed quick so I wouldn't be stranded. Omar got me in immediately and got me the best deal on a new tire. He was so nice and helpful and genuinely cared about my son and I not being stranded. I will take my car there again for sure! Thank you Omar for helping us!!

Don't go here under any circumstances. I needed an oil change and couldn't get in at my usual mechanic, forcing me to resort to Walmart. They tried real hard to scam me, claiming that they were unable to start my car and that the check engine light was on, and that my battery was bad and would need to be replaced. I asked how that could be the case, since my car had no engine light or issues half an hour earlier when I dropped it off, and especially because I had just gotten my battery replaced a couple months ago. The employee continued trying to trick me, and trying to get me to pay to fix nonexistent issues. I could easily tell the guy was lying. Walmart tries to make up for their low service prices by scamming anybody they can. I'm suspicious whether they even changed my oil at all, since my car didn't move from the odd location I parked it in to drop it off.

I have gotten my oil changed with Walmart for years. I'm probably a bit spoiled. The Auto Center I went to for years in Austin (Ben White & 35) was exceptional. You pulled up, someone approached your car and scanned your VIN, got the order started, etc. great experience. I've 'attempted' to get an oil change twice. The first experience, no one greeted me at the car. Ok. The garage was basically a ghost town. Finally, the sleepy associate inside tells me it would be four hours. Fast forward to today. Basically the same experience. Except today I stood in the office area, being ignored by several more sleepy-eyed associates. I just left and will not return to this location.

Their was a slight mixup with our tires this morning. The manager Chaske took great care of us and made everything right. Very happy with the service here.

Walmart auto center at flatirons is good option for oil changes. Especially considering the alternative is the “stealership”. Wish they didn’t charge the extra $ for tire rotations.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Came in at 4PM. Had wife sitting in car to drop off for oil change. Manager Drew told me he could not check me in and come back in an hour. He stated that if he checked me in he was sending all crew to lunch (really 4PM) and they were closed and it would look bad on his service numbers. No sign at counter stating hours (like pharmacy). I said that was ridiculous and I asked again to check me in. To check me in, Drew collected all my information writing it down on back of register paper. He asked for keys. I asked for receipt or record he had my keys and car and what work was to be done. He couldn't provide. His excuse was if he checked me in it would look bad on his numbers for time of oil change. This has to be the worst operation I have ever seen for service. Went to front desk to talk to store manager and he agreed it was the worst service center he had ever seen. Store manager called from Customer Service in front of store. They said someone would be up to front of store. Waited 15 minutes with no response. Since car was parked outside Service Center, I walked back with Store Manager - 3 techs and Manager Drew standing around desk and looked like 1 working outside. Still wouldn't check me in. Left totally frustrated. I would steer clear of this place as a customer and Corporate or Store Manager should address the situation. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Nicki in automotive and the service crew that was working today was OUTSTANDING! The service I had was incredibly pleasant and everyone was kind and caring. I had 4 tires installed on my Toyota Prius and it was by far the most affordable and it was reasonably timed, got to do some shopping while I was waiting. Thank you to everyone there today!

They dont abide by their posted hours. Don’t be surprised if you show up and they’re closed. It’s happened more than once recently. On a separate occasion I went to drop oil off. I had the container in a cardboard box. They managed to put the container into the box upside down spilling all over it which could cause carpet to stain with oil. They walk very nonchalantly and slowly and are annoyed if you are at the register. Stay away. I’d drive a considerable distance further rather than go back here. Rude, unprofessional, and totally incompetent
