While the concept of a drive thru is nice, it doesn't really matter when staffing and publicized hours never seem to align. I've taken off work to pick up prescriptions during open hours only to find out there is no pharmacist on duty and the pharmacy is closed. My wife has had the same experiences multiple times here as well. Staff don't seem willing to do more than what is minimally required to get you to leave. Know your insurance and know what is covered before going. I finally switched pharmacies as it is much quicker to walk into a store and get a prescription from a well-run facility than driving through here.

Do not fill your prescriptions here. They love to blame your doctor for not having a prescription on file and then they'll magically have 2 prescriptions for you. They are clueless.

I have nothing but sympathy for the understaffed and overworked pharmacy staff at this really sad Walgreens. It's not their fault that they are clearly asked to do too much and provided with so little. There is never more than one or two completely overwhelmed people there, a drive-through line that doesn't move, immunization appointments which are scheduled but which can't be delivered at the time they were scheduled. And good luck getting in and out to even retrieve a prescription that has been filled.Again, not the fault of the hero workers, just seems to be corporate overlords who don't care about their customers or employees.

I don't typically write reviews but this walgreens really has room for improvement. Their pharmacy is seemingly closed at random times. I have been using this pharmacy for years and there has never been a time where i could just go pick up my prescription with no issues. Either they don't have your prescription ready days after it has been sent in or they are out of what you need.It is very frustrating because i heavily rely on my prescription and i have made several trips to this location leaving empty handed. They are very obviously understaffed and the staff that they do have has no sense of urgency or care.

This pharmacy is so difficult to work with. They are nearly impossible to reach in the phone. I called, was put on hold for over 20 minutes, then the call would disconnect (happened 3 times in one morning but isn’t an isolated incident). The staff seem to have a generally poor attitude and customer service is very low. Not sure if they’re overworked or understaffed or both (or neither) but truly wish there were more options for drive through pharmacies near me because I would switch in a heartbeat.

if I could give this a zero, I absolutely would. This is the worst pharmacy that I’ve ever encountered in my whole entire life. My medication is never ready. I’ve been waiting five days for a medication that i need to remain healthy & they can’t even pick up the phone? I’ve been on hold for over two hours I’ve been hung up on three times and although I was the next in line, I keep getting hung up on after they pick up the phone and purposefully hang up. Not only this, but going into this pharmacy is absolute hell I didn’t want to have to go in again to check on my status of my medication because everytime it’s another excuse at to why it’s not ready, but at this point, I guess I’m going to have to go drive out of my way because they can’t even pick up the phone. I’m new to Colorado and I will never be coming back to this pharmacy.

Regarding photo card orders, it's ridiculous that they only offer 5x7 envelopes for smaller photo card orders (with no forewarning). My 3.5x5 phot cards look stupid in such large envelopes and now I have to find 4x6 envelopes. Just a heads up to anyone else getting smaller photo cards...

The pharmacy is always understaffed, it’s not the employees, it’s the employer. A year ago, 5 to 6 ppl in the Pharmacy, now, 2 to 3 at best? I feel for you all, cutting costs, reducing customer service, increasing disappointment from customers, and then higher anger directed at those who are unable to change things. Improve Walgreens, spend money on scholarships, training, and you know, staff ?

I have never dealt with the most unprofessional people until really moving to Colorado. Rude and very stereotypical behaved. The Pharmacy really need to remember that you are working to serve the general public and very sick people are picking up their prescription and rather they are sick or not you as a Medical Professional should behave in a matter that is inviting and respectful to the ones that can easily stop patronizing your store and you like so many others can be closed for business and seeking employment. Customer Service is not a thing of the past it is a everyday thing because if you have not notice the AI Robots can replace you!

I tried calling the pharmacy last week and this week. They did the same thing to me this morning that they did to me last time. Which was to have me wait on hold as I become caller number 5 and then caller number 3 and then caller number one...and then it rings through and they put me on a different hold. And then I go off hold and it starts ringing non stop and they pick it up and hang up on me. My mom just called and they did the same to her. This pharmacy is the worst. You wait in line forever to get your meds, usually end up with a rude employee and leave irritated. After 20 years, I'll find a new pharmacy. Done with this place. Only left 2 stars because there's one lady who is always sweet and funny. Long red hair, don't know her name.

Consistently horribly pharmacy service every single day. LONG lines and wait time both inside and at the drive thru. It's hard to believe it can be so bad for so long. Do yourself a favor, use another pharmacy.

I work in a hospital pharmacy and to call the Walgreen's pharmacy on 120th and Sheridan to verify a prescription. I placed on hold (with no greeting) for 30 minutes before they just hung up on me. Called back, was put on hold with no greeting for another 20 minutes before they once again hung up on me.

Hands down the worst pharmacy in the area. The staff is not helpful, and when you talk to them, it's like they don't care. I'm sure it can tough dealing with the public these days, but this place has gone downhill FAST in the last few years. I will go out of my way to avoid them.

I had a 10:15 appointment for a flu & Covid vaccine. I got in line at 10:05, saw the clerk at 10:25. A person with an 10:45 appointment and one with an 11am appointment were in line ahead of me. No idea why there were there so early. But the pharmacist took both of them ahead of me. My advise get the appointment and then go in whenever you want. Finally got my shots at 11am

The pharmacy normally fills prescriptions quickly however, picking up your prescription is a completely different experience. The past three times I've used this pharmacy I have waited in line at the very least twenty minutes. Since this continues to be an on going issue I will be looking for a new pharmacy.
