Staff is rude. Horrible customer service. Avoid going to this location if you can.

1st Walgreens (Church Ranch) 2nd Walgreens (Midway): Attempted to get Passport Photos and both stores had the exact same excuse. Both stated their camera broke that day and they couldn’t. Seems pretty unlikely both would have the same exact issue. Sounds like a go to response for getting out of passport photos.

Pharmacy hours suck. Pay your pharmisits better, and maybe I'll be able to actually get my meds. I CAN'T BREATHE. How hard is it to stay open til 8?

I work in customer service. I am as compassionate as it comes, and I know how difficult people can be.
I haven’t ever left a review like this. Still, I am appalled by the experience I just had. I encourage management to check the cameras for this one.
I took my girlfriend here tonight at 9:55 to buy a knee brace and an ice pack because we don’t want to go to the emergency room tonight for the knee ligament she just tore on the job. We’ve had a tough night—but we did not make that anyone else’s problem. We limped out the door at exactly 10. That’s when this location closes.
She was limping and in obvious pain. She only came in with me to make sure there was an option that fit her slender leg to get her to a doctor tomorrow while I am at work. Once we saw they were all one size fits all she limped to to front ahead of me to respect the time of the employees.
Greeted by “You have five minutes” by the overweight woman with black hair. As we limped to the knee brace section (which we had to find ourselves) she speaks over the intercom “You have 3 minutes to bring your items to the front.” We were the only customers in the store at the time.
My girlfriend is 23 weeks pregnant. Which is obvious to most people. (Are you freaking kidding me?)
An elderly woman with grey hair rang us up. I said “Thank you for being here.. I know you are about to close. My girlfriend just tore her MCL—we are so grateful…Before I could finish the “grateful” in my sentence she interrupted me to prompt me to enter my phone number. Upon receiving payment and in response to my thanks she says “Great, I can finally lock the doors.” She followed us out the door—I could feel her breath on my neck.
I spent $55 in 5 minutes here. Out of obvious and absolute necessity.
THIS WAS NOT PAST CLOSING TIME and the lack of basic and obvious human compassion has me absolutely floored.
We were in the store for exactly 5 minutes. (We were out the door at 10 on the dot. The necessity of the trip should have been obvious to anyone and both of these women should not have jobs ANYWHERE.
I have never been treated more poorly this close to home with or without a pregnant young lady with a torn knee ligament and I assure you we tried to be so nice..! I am a hiring manager with 35 people on my team and I would fire anyone who disrespected my customers, my business, and my own hard work in this way.
Whether it was an OBVIOUSLY INJURED PREGNANT YOUNG WOMAN or not.
I will never shop at this Walgreens again and I’m going to get real loud about this one because it was next level bad.
IM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW. And I know everyone.

DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD FROM WALGREENS! I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD FROM WALGREENS! It is a scam! Bought a $150 Gift card that never worked. Walgreens did zero, nothing, to help get my money back. I will never shop at Walgreens again. They cannot be trusted to treat their customers correctly. Be careful folks, if you buy a gift card there, you are taking a real chance the person you give it to will have nothing. Even if you have your receipt, the card, your bank card receipt, and a ledger of the transaction directly from the store manager, they will keep your money, and the gift you gave will be an embarrassment. Walgreens, the provider of medications to the old and the sick, does not care about people or their customers. If they will steal from me, they will steal from you. Good luck!

Walgreens offers convenient access to a diverse range of pharmaceuticals, health and wellness products. The friendly staff, efficient service, and frequent promotions make it a reliable choice for everyday essentials. However, pricing may occasionally be higher compared to competitors.

Every time I've been here its been a negative experience. It's like they don't care about the customer experience and are suffering through each day so we have to.

I called this morning because my toddler has a croup cough and needs medicine to help with wheezing. Instead of filling the prescription they accidentally sent it to a pharmacy out of state. Thankfully, I called to check on the status before driving over there with twin toddlers loaded up in the car. No apology given, just told me it will be ready in an hour. Called back an hour later and they said wait one more hour.Needs better customer service and to say sorry when they mess up. It’s not fun to have to make 5 phone calls to get a medicine when your kid is sick.We used to do the king Soopers pharmacy, but our insurance stopped taking them unfortunately.
