I went here to get a prescription. Due to switching jobs I was not covered by insurance at the time. The cost of the medication was $260. However, they took the time to explore options and discounts and found an option through good Rx and I ended up paying $15. Very good experience.

I go through pharmacy every month and it is full of people Yes. and the staff do their best to help each person I've noticed that the delays normally are because of people taking their time at the counter or window not particularly the staff. If you're going to do 1 star ⭐ for waiting then have your stuff together B4 you waste EVERYONE'S time.

I've been using this pharmacy for years and the service is sooooo bad now. Sitting on hold on the phone 15 minutes for assistance is standard and My prescriptions are ALWAYS wrong. Switched my prescriptions and pharmacy to a different vendor today.

Worst customer service imaginable. Line at drive through and at counter inside is always extremely long. I felt that I was treated rudely. They are always confused about the status of your prescription.

This pharmacy is totally disorganized and slow. Last Sunday, I was in the drive thru 5 cars back for 15 minutes. I then pulled around to go inside. I was second in line (waited for 10 minutes), but they had lost or misplaced several prescriptions. I was told to arrive at 3:30 to pick up my prescription, which they couldn't find. I was so frustrated I didn't check the prescription before I left, but when I got home I noticed it was the wrong one. Get your act together!!!

Grossly understaffed plus employees are clueless, just go anywhere else.More reasons:-They text and call me five times during the day, and when I finally go pick up my rx later that day, it's not ready.-You can't call the employees at this store directly. If you try, you go to a call center in Atlanta-They give you impossible time restrictions on when you can pick up your Rx. I was told on the phone that I had to come to the pharmacy within one hour to get my Rx. So I left work, hustled over to this Walgreens. When I got here, they told me I had to wait a minimum of two hours before picking up the Rx.

Not sure why the pickup process is always so difficult. Slow is an understatement, it’s as if they don’t want to assist the customers in the pickup lane.

Not sure if the pharmacy is short staffed, but todayI waited for 45 minutes in the drive up line to pick up a prescription that was ready three days ago. Last month I went into the store and waited 40 minutes as there was only one pharmacy employee who was checking in vaccine appts in addition to handling prescription drug pick ups. Today’s experience was my last visit to this store.

Consistently the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. The line is always long, the service is always slow, the prescriptions are frequently lost and need to be sent in again, the meds aren’t ready when they say they will be, nor are they filled for the correct amounts.

Horrible pharmacy. First, they will leave you on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a pharmacist. Next, when you hang up and try to call back, they will transfer you out of the pharmacy. Then you will be transferred back to the pharmacy to try to at least leave a voicemail, but then get hung up on. I can’t believe they treat people this way!

I work in a hospital pharmacy and to call the Walgreen's pharmacy on 120th and Sheridan to verify a prescription. I placed on hold (with no greeting) for 30 minutes before they just hung up on me. Called back, was put on hold with no greeting for another 20 minutes before they once again hung up on me.

Hands down the worst pharmacy in the area. The staff is not helpful, and when you talk to them, it's like they don't care. I'm sure it can tough dealing with the public these days, but this place has gone downhill FAST in the last few years. I will go out of my way to avoid them.

I had a 10:15 appointment for a flu & Covid vaccine. I got in line at 10:05, saw the clerk at 10:25. A person with an 10:45 appointment and one with an 11am appointment were in line ahead of me. No idea why there were there so early. But the pharmacist took both of them ahead of me. My advise get the appointment and then go in whenever you want. Finally got my shots at 11am

Pharmacy staff isn't compassionate and show no sense of urgency. Filled a script and went to pick up two days later to find out it wasn't ready because they are "out of stock". When the staff went to check to make sure they didn't have any, they found some to fill my script. Yet I still had to wait/come back so they had time to fill it. Not sure why I was never notified, or why the staff didn't look for any stock before not filling the order. Or why there was no sense of urgency for their own error. Regardless of drug shortages, Walgreens and the pharmacy staff have terrible customer service and admin systems aren't adequate, as they should notify their customers on any issues regarding scripts so the customer can plan accordingly. When meds are crucial and on a schedule, it's really unacceptable healthcare.
