The female pharmacist did not fill my prescription for 3 days. I went in to see what was going on since there was no communication. She said she was doing doing me a favor on this day, by letting me know i needed 2 prescriptions because it was 2 different generic companies, to fill that one prescription. My aunt is a pharmacist and she said this is not true. She said it sounds like this Pharmacist is on a power trip or is judgmental about people having to take medications. i said, "You are not doing me a favor, you are doing your job." She got angry and said "That's it! I'm GIVING your medication to someone else." Apparently she will hold meds, and give to who she thinks deserves it more on her personal triage scale, depending on how much you grovel and compliment her. My trust is lost with this Walgreens pharmacist doing the right thing and this location. It seems she is against certain meds, and I am no psychologist, but it seems as someone working there could benefit from bipolar meds.

I promise you, what these people make you go through to get your medicine, is not worth the few minutes you save from not going to the next nearest pharmacy

I've been coming here for 5 years, and it's gone down hill considerably in that time. Walgreens is either unwilling or unable to properly staff the pharmacy at this location anymore. No weekends hours since the pandemic, and waiting 20 minutes or more for a Rx that's been ready for over 24 hours is not uncommon during the times they are open.

I had waited around 45 minutes in their drive thru and they closed their pharmacy at 5:20, leaving several people in line who had been waiting for their prescriptions. The pharmacy has not been responsive by phone and when I call, I am out on hold for 25 minutes and then it hangs up automatically. I understand there is a shortage of pharmacists but there needs to be better communication to customers.

HORRIBLE experience. Put my photo order in on November 28th, then had to resubmit it on December 5th, and by December 15th i had to give them a call to see what was going on. I was told their machine was down and no one had given me a call. I was then told to expect a call to fix everything on the 16th. Again, no one called me. I called on the 17th and was told to expect a call back by 11am from the store manager. Again, I heard nothing. I had to give them another call and was told they could no longer process my order. Now I'm left scrambling before Christmas.

Jessie, the pharmacy tech is the nicest, most helpful person on the planet. I had to change pharmacies recently and can back because of her!

Now one would not normally consider a Walgreens to be smart shopping decision. That is until you come to this location. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is always very clean and fully stocked and the prices are usually below expectation especially in their clearance section. I've found items that were regularly priced at $5 or $10 now selling for $1 or less. I don't usually come to this location but when I do I make sure to stock up!

Awful!...NO Star is deserved!!!...Since the new manager has come aboard, things have changed in this once convenient and caring pharmacy. Nothing is ever stocked, they are all about money and their own easy life, than caring about the sick patients and what we need. The egos have become so gigantic that they no longer follow my doctors instructions and instead, they just cover their own selves which is never at the patients' benefit to begin with. What happened with those neighborhood drugstores of the past? There was a time when people mattered. With these corporate chains, and this one as a shining example, no one matters, as long as their profit and ease of practice is met. Shame!!!
