Updating review after it's been 2 weeks of this. October 18th we took my dog in for a grooming. She was shaved way to short on her tummy and legs and has been in so much discomfort ever since this appointment. Shes been non stop licking and biting this area for 2 weeks now. We have a ver appt scheduled for this weekend now. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE FOR GROOMING. Groomer was Shavon

Absolutely thrilled with the grooming services at this shop! Sabrina always does an amazing job with my goldendoodle, Zeus. She truly takes her time and puts in the effort, and you can see how much Zeus loves her—he gets so excited every time he sees her!

5 stars for the groomer! She was awesome. I wasn’t a big fan of the checkout process. First I was told it would be 90 online and then it ended up being 110. Nobody likes extra surprises when you are not expecting it. I am grateful that he honored the 90 from the website. But then at the end, I also got asked how much I wanted to tip and that was a really uncomfortable question… I’ve been to many groomers and that was, a strange thing to ask. Usually, you just push your own buttons and it’s more of a private decision. America’s getting out of control with tip culture. I found the grooming to be good but expensive. We used to live in a more expensive place and paid 85 and we always got free bandanas by the end of it.

We brought our dog, Eddie, in today for the first time at this location for a grooming appointment. Everyone was very friendly, but I was absolutely taken back at how amazing Shavon did with grooming our dog! Not only did he look wonderful and she did exactly what we asked for but she groomed him in UNDER AN HOUR! We have never had it done that fast before! We will definitely be back to see her and I highly recommend!

Once I found Wag n Wash, I don't go anywhere else for food or grooming. You can tell my pups love this place, and they are well cared for in grooming. A+

Great self service wash! They give you everything you need including brushes and towels. Staff is very nice and they also have a great assortment of treats, toys and food to purchase. Definitely recommend going there.

I brought my husky for a nail trim. This dog is terrified of the clippers, so buffers are out of the question. But these guys were good enough to use the buffer on him. I only got a couple scratches that looked worse than they were. Thanks to Alex and the store manager (sorry bud, I forgot your name!) for helping us. We will be back!

Such an easy and clean place for washing your pup! They have everything there for you, just bring the dirty pup. And Sabrina was so helpful with nail trimming for Maverick, our GSP. Highly recommend Wag N’Wash in Broomfield.

The staff here are super helpful! All of the supplies are included in the wash and there is no time limit on how long it takes you to wash your furry friend!

Hopefully I can save someone else from having the same horrible experience we did with this place .. My husband and I took our doodle for a self wash and we really liked the place. Since his regular groomer moved away, I decided to give Wag N Wash a try.. BIG MISTAKE..
We arrived there at our scheduled time and the groomer checked my dog’s coat. He was matted a little behind his ears but that was it .. I have simply asked for a shorter cut since it’s already hot outside but I have specifically asked her NOT to shave him .. Goldendoodles should NOT be shaved .. well, you can see what he looked like before the “groom” and what was done to him .. my baby has 6 cuts and clippers burns .. I don’t know if I am more sad or mad .. with that being said, I have called them and left a message but no one bother to call me back .. The groomer was nowhere to be found when I picked him up.. I never got a call from them asking me if it was ok to shave my dog or to tell me he needed a shave which I know he did not ..
